Step out onto your private balcony and take in the stunning water views — you might even spot dolphins 🐬 playing in the bay right from your seat! Many guests love starting their morning with coffee while watching dolphins 🐬 glide by or catching a glimpse of them at sunset.



Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or fun-filled adventure, Harborview Grande 506 places you close to it all — the beach, Pier 60, restaurants, and most local attractions, restaurants, and the beach are easily walkable from the unit.



Other Things to Note:

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!

- While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
