Hi Ashley, You were my first Vrbo guest but not my first guest hosting as i have been listed on Airbnb for several months. I can assure you that the neighborhood is safe. I have never had any issues with any neighbors or with the neighborhood in general. The neighbors are amazing and the sweet old lady next door would never harm anyone. The pool is not heated as stated in the description but many people do take the caution to message me before to ask as well. All the walls in the house are brand new as construction just finished in January. The fire alarms are in every room of the house due to safety being my number one priority and i did test the kitchen fire alarm and have cooked varies items and never had an issue with it. Fire alarms are meant to warn you when there is a lot of smoke. I apologize if you think there isn’t enough appliances for the meals you were cooking there are several pot and pan, blenders, toaster, airfryer , crockpot, etc and it has never been an issue but i will definitely take your suggestion in adding more than 15 pot and pans. In regards to the air fryer it is touch screen so you have a variety of options. For example, bake, airfry, dehydration, and you can even roast a whole chicken in there with the rotisserie option. I do apologize about the dishwasher it is an electrical issue that happened right before the stay and is something i can not fix myself, as i did have varies electrical companies come out but they did explain that it was an issue that would take varies days and wall damage to fix. I did contact Vrbo when you were insanely cussing at the security camera to notify them of the situation and they did assure me that guest have an option to message my number and call me in case of emergencies. Deadbolt code locks only unlock deadbolts and i have never had a guest get locked out and i have been hosting for a long time on Airbnb. I do want to apologize for that issue i do state to guest to not lock the bottom lock just to be careful since you were the first guest to have that issue. In regards to the AC i do have it automatically set at 70 degrees due to Florida being in the 90s during spring and summer but all guest are welcome to adjust it. I do want to apologize overall for the experience you had.
