Villa Lipa Brač is a perfect holiday villa located 200m from the beach with stunning views of the Adriatic. Set on1000m² the pretty stone cottage is an example of true dalmatian craftsmanship displaying regional limestone and a built-in authentic barbecue. Spread over 120m² two levels occupy the cozy and inviting interior with a contemporary open plan kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa and smart TV as well as a dining area for six and one of the bedrooms. Remaining two bedrooms are on the upper level. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and their own smart TV.A 28 m² heatedpool is waiting for you outside along with barbecue facilities and an additional roofed alfresco dining area. Plenty of sun loungers are provided for your use and gorgeous views are available ineach direction. Welcome to relaxation.With three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Room for two more is possible on a sofa bed.Murvica is 5km west of Bol,the oldest town on Island Brač known for arguably the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic, Zlatni Rat, which consistently changes the shape of its cape dictated by the direction of the wind. The charming town center is home to a small marina with plenty of restaurants and café to choose from. Be sure to pause here, grab a seat andtry a regional delicacy with a carafe of local wine. The seaside promenade starts here and goes all the way to Zlatni Rat passing beautiful beaches and ice cream parlors along the way. Not to be missed is a visit to Zmajeva Špilja (Dragon’s Cave) with its 15th century chapel, Blaca Monastery - today a museum containing artifacts dating back centuries, and a hike to Vidova Gora with priceless views of the striking landscape. Outstanding location, outstanding hosts

This is an incredible place. The view is unbelievable and the house is impeccably decorated and perfectly prepared for our arrival. The hosts were extremely helpful with any questions, greeted us late in the evening and had the fridge prepared with some old drinks, coffee and pastries for the morning. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped - we even baked! The outdoor oven was a highlight. Honestly, probably one of the best places we have stayed at.

Veldig bra sted!

Vi hadde ti fantastiske dager i villaen. Nydelig vær, fantastisk utsikt, veldig koselig hus, velutstyrt kjøkken, kjempekoselig terrasse med utekjøkken og svømmebasseng, kort vei ned til stranden, fint turterreng, Bol ikke langt unna, men langt nok til at vi kjente på roen og freden i Murvica. Anbefales!

Stunning villa in perfect location

On arrival we were greeted by the owner of this beautiful villa in a perfect setting with an amazing pool and terrace giving views over the sea to the island of Hvar. The villa was very clean, modern, beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen both inside and on the terrace. There is a path beside the villa which takes you down to a small cove - perfect for an early morning swIm and the terrace was the ideal place to watch sunset. We had a great holiday and can not wait to return.

Beautiful location, stunning house, lovely hostess.

What a stunning place to enjoy the Adriatic Sea. The house is beautiful, the pool is fantastic, heated so we enjoyed it in May. Everything you need in the kitchen to make your own meals. The outdoor BBQ kitchen is fantastic. Ivana is a lovely host, very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The outdoor amenities are fantastic for lounging around in the sun, the view is breathtaking. It’s close enough to Bol to duck to the supermarket or to enjoy a dinner at a local restaurant. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa

The villa was beautiful with stunning views. Everything was perfect; the standard of cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. It was extremely well equipped for cooking both inside and outside. The bedrooms were beautiful with lovely comfortable beds and fantastic showers. Ivana (the owner) was there to greet us when we arrived providing fruit , juice and delicious olive oil and her father in law gave us freshly picked figs and a bottle of wine! They were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The nearby Marijas Bar was great for a drink, some light lunch or dinner acros the road in the restaurant. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. With such a gorgeous villa we really didn’t venture too far from it during our stay!

Absolutely stunning; beautiful villa, breath-taking view, fantastic location

This villa is perfect. As soon as you arrive you are mesmerised by the view and with the outdoor kitchen and seating areas, there's really no reason to be inside. That said, the villa is finished to a very high standard; clean, modern, good showers and comfortable beds, so there is no disappointment inside or out. Ivana; the owner, couldn't be more lovely. When we arrived she was there to greet us, armed with homemade extra virgin olive oil, fresh fruit and a bottle of bubbly (all local produce) and during our stay we got chatting to other family members, who brought us homemade wine one evening. Ivana's husband runs a local boat business (Afitat Rent a Boat), leaflets under the coffee table, cannot recommend this enough!! We hired a private boat and rather than drive into town and pay for parking, our skipper picked us up from the local beach (5 minute walk down a path direct from the villa to the sea). Awesome trip; customised itinerary, knowledgeable, friendly skipper and got to see so much more than we'd planned. Back at the villa; most of all we loved the visits from the Swallows to the pool; several times a day a group of Swallows descended on the pool (usually early morning, mid-afternoon and just before sunset) for a dip and a drink, it was magnificent to watch and something we looked forward to every day. Cannot rate this villa enough, there must be things I've missed, there were so many highlights, but if you're thinking of a trip to Croatia or an island getaway, the country itself is beautiful, Brac has a chilled atmosphere and Bol is super convenient for boat trips to the surrounding islands. If you book this villa, you will not be disappointed, thank you Ivana (and family) for all your hospitality.

ein tolles Haus und eine super-nette Vermieterin in diesem schönen Haus fehlt es an nichts. es ist total sauber, schönen Pool, einen wunderschönen Garten und einen der besten Meerblicke die wir je gesehen haben. der Ort ist ruhig, abseits des massen-tourismus mit viel Charme. wir haben uns "sau"wohl gefühlt. herzlichen dank + beste grüße

Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang

Wir verbrachten die erste der beiden Urlaubswochen mit Freunden auf der Nachbarinsel Hvar. In der zweite Woche waren wir dann alleine in diesem wunderschönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Dieses wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool war mein Lieblingsplatz und der grandiose Meerblick zeigte uns die schönsten Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge. Wie auf der Postkarte abgedruckt - so war es wirklich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Danke für den traumhaft schönen Urlaub.

Amazing holiday

We absolutely loved our stay at this holiday house. The view from the villa over the pool was amazing and all the rooms were beautiful, all with a sea view! the owners were extremely hospitable, ready to answer calls at a seconds notice and gave great advice on restaurants and things to do. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect, just a minutes away from Bol and walking distance to the local beach in front of the Villa. Thank you and hope to see you again!
