Wake up to a direct view of the mountian colored in pink at sunrise. The 2-bedroom condo designed with a modern rat-pack vibe has slate-like floors throughout. A great room layout with walnut kitchen cabinets, white stone waterfall countertop and 3-dimensional tile backsplash. Furnitures is all bespoke or custom created exemplifing quirk meets sexy. One master king bed and a queen guestroom with 2 bathrooms, the master in ensuite with white porcelain marble and walnut vanity. The second bathroom with smoked glass walk-in shower, black fixtures and grey marble top vanity. If you choose to shower in the sunrise or sunset, an outdoor shower is in the private garden and lounging is abundant in soft seating for naps and morning coffee. Its like staying in a hotel suite. Six minutes from downtown and the high street.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The pictures accurately reflect the property. It was comfortable and well equipped. We made full use of the outdoor living space when it wasn’t too windy. Access to the pool is just across the road and the pickleball courts are a short walk away. David was very responsive to our inquiries We look forward to a return stay.

Beautiful view, great backyard

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay. David was terrific and very responsive. The backyard was huge and was furnished with lots of comfortable furniture. Beautiful Mountain View from the master bedroom and yard. All rooms were quite spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Spot, close to Town with a great Backyard!

We had a great month long stay here! Exactly as shown, with comfy furniture and a nice design touch. Minutes from downtown Palm Springs, yet very quiet. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball courts. We would highly recommend this stay. Host always available, and helpful.

Amazing stay!

The photos don’t do this property justice! Plenty of space, tastefully designed, kitchen/bathrooms stocked for all your daily needs, convenient location, large backyard with multiple patio sets and outdoor shower, and great community amenities including a heated pool and hot tub at the base of the driveway. David was super helpful as well if I ever had any questions. Great value and will definitely be looking to stay again sometime in the future!

Exactly as pictured

Unit was clean and bed was perfect as was the mountain view out the bedroom door. Host was very prompt to answer any questions.

Palm Springs 🌴 Pad

Nice modern property inside, great relaxing outside. Really amazing views of Mt San Jacinto right up to the tram station top. Easy access to everything. Quite neighborhood good for sleeping and relaxing. David the owner replied properly to any issues I had and the neighbors were pleasant too. If you like the photos you'll like your stay.

Very enjoyable stay and great location

Our stay at the property was amazing and David was a fantastic host. He always responded quickly to any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the unique and charming interior design and the private and spacious outdoor living area. Having the patio wrap along 2 sides of the home allowed us to always find the sun, or a shady spot when needed. Our Chihuahua enjoyed the completely secure, outdoor space as well. Waking up in the morning to a stunning mountain view outside large patio doors was a great kickoff to each day. The location of the property was ideal - close to downtown Palm Springs where we spent a great deal of our time and just walking distance to grocery store and pharmacy. We will definitely stay again and will absolutely recommend the property to friends and family.

Wonderful getaway

We totally enjoyed this wonderful home for a one month stay in Palm Springs. The home was clean and well appointed. The location was good and we enjoyed the nice breeze of the north side of town. Entrance in and out of the community for deliveries and such was difficult and could be improved upon however we would stay here again. Thanks to the owner for his hospitality and quick response time.

Fantastic!

We stayed over a month and that was the best time ever. Morning yoga in the backyard, mexican food, margeritas, golf courses nearby. Everything is in range of 10 minutes by a car. David is a great host. Looking forward to visit again!

A little piece of paradise

My husband and I stayed at David's place for a month from mid-March to mid-April. His condo is lovely. It's very thoughtfully designed - inside and out - with an artistic flourish. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances. The attached yard is huge with several areas to sit/eat/lounge (there's even an outdoor shower!). We worked remotely the entire stay and found the internet to be fast and reliable. There's also a desk for working. The community is friendly and there are several pools (some heated) and spas, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, etc. Last, but not least, David was a very attentive and friendly host. We would stay at his place in Palm Springs again in a heartbeat.
