Welcome to your home away from home - we hope you enjoy your stay! Newer built in 2015, about 1600 sq ft, bright and spacious, open concept home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with huge screened lanai and oversized pool that backs up to a private green belt. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. Great location, just a short drive away from beaches, golf courses, shopping and dining.

Large open kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a gourmet meal, breakfast bar that sits 4 along with additional space with table and 3 barstools. Formal dining room with table for 6 guests. Great room has vaulted ceiling, sliding doors to pool area, 65" smart TV. Primary bedroom has king bed, sitting area with desk, smart TV, sliding doors to pool, huge walk-in closet and is adjoined by full bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, smart TV, sliding doors to pool, closet with organizers. Bedroom 3 has queen bed and closet with organizers. Hallway full bathroom has tub/shower combo. Full size washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. Beach supplies including 6 chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and cooler, 4 bikes, floats for the pool are also offered. Wi-Fi internet and Direct TV along with numerous of streaming apps on all smart TVs for guests to login.

Additional Info:

Optional heated pool fee $25/day. If requested prior to check in, during winter months, the pool heater will be on for 8 hrs a day to heat up the water to 86 degrees. Please keep in mind this is not a hot tub and will not reach very high temperatures. The pool must be covered with the blanket to prevent heat loss from cool temperatures at night.

The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Any additional adult guest fee is $40/night/person.
