Newly listed 2374 square foot 4 bedroom 2 bath home for rent. Large living room and additional family room. All bedrooms have walk in closets. Master Bedroom has an on suite bath. Located on one of the larger lots in West Rotonda, the heated pool features an in pool table for enjoying refreshments. Located close to biking trails, golf and tennis and just minutes to the best beaches on the Gulf. The partially fenced in back yard backs up to one of the larger canals in West Rotonda. All new appliances in a spacious kitchen make this home fun to cook and entertain in. The family room has a 60" Smart TV while the master and one other bedroom have 40" TV's. The master bath has a walk in shower with a deep soaking tub with 2 vanities. The second bath has direct access to the spacious lanai with tub/shower combo. Great Home

We enjoyed our month at the home. The pool was great, the West view provided beautiful sunsets, the location is close to Publix, a seafood market and areas to walk. Happy Hibiscus responds quickly to any needs. We highly recommend staying at this home.

Awesome Florida Getaway

Beautiful home in a well maintained and attractive neighborhood. Convenient to dining, shopping, and with a short drive, the beaches. Our daughter, husband, and grandkids went with us, making the heated pool and backyard, canal fishing a focal point of activity for them, as was the bikes they provided. Great for relaxing, The boys sited a crocodile, caught fish. Family in the area, overall A great time. The only thing lacking was MORE TIME!!!! Host very nice and extremely timely! Have fun!

Ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.

This property is well stocked and well kept. It lacks for nothing to insure a wonderful vacation. The house layout is perfect for 8 people, and the pool is party city. Management quickly responds to any needs that arise. We loved everything about our 3 week stay.

Paradise For A Week

This house was the perfect place for my family and I. It is spacious and peaceful all in one. The pool was the perfect place to relax in the sun and the outdoor seating made for a great spot at sunset. Overall, it was an amazing week.

Great Family home

Very spacious home fully equipped and beautifully furnished. Fenced yard made this a perfect home for people with children removing the potential danger of one of them falling into the canal

Beautiful home

Excellent stay in a beautiful, clean, well stocked home. Master suite and bathroom are very spacious. Layout perfect for big family. Pool was a hit with the kids and adults. Owner responsive and helpful. The location is a bit off beaten path but worked great for us during pandemic and is a safe neighborhood with a nearby park for the kids.

Winter Vacation

This home is very beautiful and very comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay. The kitchen had dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc. everything you could want. Appliances were all top notch. The owners tried to think of everything a renter would need to enjoy a vacation and provided quite wonderfully. Very quite neighborhood. Very nice Lanai, pool area with view of canal to spend enjoyable afternoons and beautiful sunsets. The property managers are some of the best we have ever had, anything we needed no matter how minor they responded immediately. Would highly recommend this property.

BEWARE! Very disappointed at end

BEWARE***Everything about this house was as expected. It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was super nice and the whole house had a homey feel to it. The beds were very comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars all day long until the end. After our return home, the owner notified me that my credit card was being charged $250 for a broken and MISSING bar stool and duck figurine. He insisted that we must have broken these items and then removed them from the house. I am an honest and responsible tenant and would have NEVER broken something and then tried to hide it by removing it, especially something like a bar stool! Since I was traveling with children, I did take out the damage insurance just in case but "mysterious missing items" is not included in the policy so I am not covered. Don't you think that if I had taken out the insurance and then broken something, I wouldn't have tried to hide it or remove it but I would have just filed a claim? My guess is that a previous tenant did this and the cleaning/inspections person did not catch it until now. I do know for sure that my party did not break or remove anything. Highly disappointed!! I guess my lesson is when first arriving at the home to walk all throughout the house and take a video of every THING in every ROOM!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great time at this location. The pool was great for the kids. The kitchen island was a family favorite for meals. Only 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a really nice playground right down the street. Definitely recommend.

Amazing House

This house is amazing. It had everything you could possible need. I love the layout of the bedrooms and being able to sit outside by the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Golf and Pool Time

Property was very clean and attractive. It was just as described with a beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. The pool is lovely. My sister and I spent two relaxing weeks there. We enjoyed the quiet location near golf courses, restaurants and the beach.

Fisherman's Paradise

Well laid out home with great location. I am a fishing fanatic and this property is located on a canal system and close to the Inner Coastal Waterway. Great pool. Landed and released a 36 inch snook just a few yards from the house

Beautiful

The property is very nice. The owner is awesome and very responsive. The only issue I had was not receiving the check in information from the property management company. I didn't know what to do to get in and also didn't know the check out process but the owner helped with that right away.

Beautiful and peaceful!

This house was so beautiful and amazing! The pool was the perfect temp and the canal provided a nice peaceful atmosphere. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was very useful and gorgeous! Definitely will stay here in the future!

We loved this home

It was better than expected. Photos do not do it justice. It was very clean and provided so many things a family needs on a vacation. I got quick responses any time i reached out and check-in/out was so easy. Its a beautiful home and will definitely be staying again.

Relax, Rejuvenate and Rest.

Great neighborhood

This property was super clean and well kept. All of the extras needed for beach going were at the property for us to use. Kitchen was nice with all pots and pans needed for cooking. Lots of spices available for use as well. Thanks for an amazing place to stay in paradise.

Nice large home

The house was gorgeous, spacious and exactly as depicted if not better. TVs, appliances and bedding are high end. Pool was wonderful. The location is so much better than I thought it would be. I was worried it was too far from beach and restaurants. It was a short 20-25 min drive and the beach and restaurants in the area are wonderful. The questions we did have the owner responded through VRBO within an hour which is very fast response rate. The only 2 negatives I can say: There was no welcome packet so we weren't 100% on how things worked but we figured it all out. There were also a LOT of 'no see ums'. The mesh around the lanai small enough mesh to keep out mosquitos but not the tiny no see ums. They only come out early in the morning and dusk but you need to be prepared if you want to hang out outside. ALso they are only attracted to some people. I got over 100 bites my husband got 2....

With family in the area we were looking for a place to retire where the weather was warm and there were many activities to enjoy. This area of Florida offers so much to the outdoor enthusiast. A relaxing destination and the many beaches nearby make this a perfect retirement or vacation destination.

We looked at a number of houses but none that we looked at offered some of the amenities this house offered: multiple skylights, spacious floor plan, 4 bedrooms, a unique pool with a table for enjoying refreshments. We also like the oversized partially fenced in back yard on a canal. As we enjoy landscaping the property will change from year to year. Come back again and again to see the improvements!

Location, neighborhood and comfortable housing. Great sunset views from the pool area. Bike trails are across the street and you can easily ride over to Gasparillia Island or head in the other direction.
