Our 2nd floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium is well-maintained and attractively furnished. It has everything needed for a delightful stay. The living room, master bedroom, and screened lanai offers a beautiful view of the lake. Relax and enjoy the heated pool, tennis court and shuffleboard. Sliding glass doors open to the screened lanai from the master bedroom or living room. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, bath, and walk-in closet. Enjoy relaxing in the light and airy atmosphere. The master bedroom and guest bedrooms both have queen size beds. Our condo is fully furnished with a coastal flair, offering a fully equipped kitchen(Big benefits over staying in a hotel as you have the ability to eat some meals in the condo and save $$$!), and washer/dryer. Linens are provided for the kitchen, bed, bath, and beach. The condominium complex offers beautifully landscaped grounds.

Our location has something for everyone. Several golf and miniature golf courses are nearby. Enjoy the wildlife from your condominium, or a visit to Sanibel/Captiva or Pine Islands. Sanibel/Captiva Island and Fort Myers Beaches are just minutes from your door. These beautiful sand beaches are among the best in the world for sunbathing and shelling.

If you like to shop, Fort Myers has several shopping malls and a huge weekend flea market. Fort Myers and Sanibel offer excellent casual or fine dining on or off the waterfront.

Lots of bike paths, stunning nature preserves, water sports, and performance venues are in the area. Enjoy the regional parks, & gardens, planetarium, state recreation areas, and national wildlife refuge. Downtown Fort Myers offers popular attractions, such as dinner theaters, performing arts halls & galleries, and historical sites. Spend an afternoon watching spring training at the ballpark, or be adventurous and rent a canoe, boat, wave runner, or parasail off the beach or back waters.

We're located within 30 minutes of Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Interstate 75. Other exciting attractions are nearby in Tampa, Naples, and Marco Island.

We had a wonderful three weeks renting this condo in Davis Lake. The condo was comfortable, well maintained, thoughtfully stocked, beautifully decorated.The location was perfect for us, with easy access to Sanibel, not too far from Fort Meyers and Cape Coral, and minutes from an area we like to fish on the south side of the causeway to Sanibel. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Very nice, well kept place.

The apartment looks as new. Clean all around, modern appliances and is stocked well. There are even beach chairs and umbrellas available. Not far driving distance from nice beaches.

The condo was fantastic! Had everything you would want. The attention to detail and effort to make the guests comfortable of was noticable. Beautiful warm pool. Very close to the beaches. Wonderful time time!

Great Condo!

We came down to Ft. Myers for several baseball tournaments. The condo was in a great location. Very clean and nicely renovated. The location was quiet and great to wind down after a long day of baseball. We all enjoyed our stay very much. Cindy was kind and very accessible to answer any of our questions. We will definitely be coming back!

What a great condo!

Everything about this condo and its owners was as good as it could be. Accommodations are clean, comfortable, attractive and well-maintained (recently re-modeled). The owners were amazing, immediately responsive to inquiries and needs, and such a pleasure to work with. The Davis Lake condo property is well-maintained and very attractive. I highly recommend this condo in every way!!

Second floor condo view from lanai was absolutely lovely. The Davis Lake grounds have been meticulously groomed post-hurricane Ian….. the variety of shore birds that claim the Lake provided a very restful and delightful experience, and the condo met every expectation!

Great condo... Exceptionally Nice!

The condo was perfect for our three week business/pleasure stay! It is in a perfect location... so close to shopping and the beaches. The condo itself has been completely renovated and was fresh and clean. The screened porch was the perfect place to sit in the evening looking out over the small lake and pool area. Additionally, the pool was just right for swimming and cooling off. We went to the beach (Sanibel/Captiva) every day... it was just over the bridge. Note- you do have to pay a toll to travel across the bridge and pay to park at the beach parks... but its worth it! Bathrooms/Showers to rinse off... and BEAUTIFUL beaches. Brad & Cindy were easy to communicate with and so nice. We wanted to add a channel to the cable package and they graciously did it right away. The condo community is small, quiet, and peaceful. We defiantly plan to stay here again!! You wont go wrong with renting this condo! Thank you again Brad & Cindy for your hospitality!!

Ft. Myers Vacation

This property was nicely decorated, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. We love visiting Sanibel and Captiva and this location gives you easy access.

A delightful pleasant feeling the moment you enter. Super clean, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The screened-in lanai with the fountain view is calming. Great choice for any length of time.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We spent ten days in a a wonderful condo. I would give it more than 5 stars, if I could. The accommodations were very comfortable. Everything was provided for you. The décor was tastefully decorated in a beach theme. The view was awesome from the lanai! I enjoyed watching the wildlife. The location was close to all the destinations such as Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. It was a thirty minute drive to Naples. It was definitely a home away from home! Don't miss this one!!!!!

Very nice condo with good amenities

Place is in very good condition, and kitchen is well equipped. Parking is good, right outside the door. The pool area is nice, pool well heated, and usually had residents and others to socialize with, a friendly crowd. We did find the main room TV to be rather small, a larger, newer smart TV that can show NetFlix would be a good upgrade for the unit.

Nice getaway in Iona

Beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean and very comfortable condo. Beautiful sunsets over the lake as well. It's a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This a spotless, beautifully decorated condo in an ultra quiet, close-to-many-attractions location. Our first night was spent listening to the mild hurricane roar as we watched from the covered, screened-in lanai. The condo is just a short drive to Ft. Myers beach, downtown Ft. Myers, Sanibel, Lover's Key, Edison/Ford summer homes, and many other hotspots. It includes beach gear--umbrellas, chairs, shelling nets--for fun-in-the-sun. The year-round residents are friendly and offered many great suggestions for dining and getting around in the area. We were on the run enjoying the attractions most of the time. This was the perfect landing place. Thank you for sharing your home with us--just wonderful!

Great Quiet & Calming Retreat

Away from the hustle, but convenient to everything. Very close to Ft Myers beach! The condo was very well stocked and well kept. Neighbors were very friendly. Owners were great! Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfect vacation condo!

We have rented many different places and this condo is the best so far. The owners thought of everything to make it feel just like home. Very comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen were just a few of the highlights. We loved the view from the lanai and sat out there every day to eat our meals and watch the birds and alligator and turtles. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees. The pool was clean and refreshing. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which we used for our many trips out to Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this condo for your Fort Myers vacation.

Very nice rental!!

Loved this condo. Very well decorated, and very clean!!! Everyone in the complex was really friendly at the pool. Would definitely rent it again. Also, it was only minutes away from Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach.

Wonderful Stay!

This 2nd floor condo was so nicely decorated and all stocked with anything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice view. The pool was very nice and so were all the people/residents we met. The owner was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Brad and Cindy were very easy to work with and the place was great. It was very clean and the neighbors were very friendly. We had a great week and the location was awesome. I would highly recommend it!
