The Space:

Positioned close to the extremely cute and quaint downtown Blue Ridge, this home is the perfect getaway for your family. This home offers a very high-end rustic feel while simultaneously providing you with all the luxuries for fine living. There is no shortage of space in this place for you and your guests to truly kick back and relax. 



This spectacular home features a stone fireplace with a flat screen TV conveniently hanging above for you and your family to watch a movie or game together while warming by the fire. There is free Wifi and TV's throughout the entire home for your entertainment. It is worth noting that the location is rural, so the internet does not run as quickly as in town. 



While staying at this home, you are sure to enjoy the panoramic layered mountain view visible through the expansive glass windows. Whether it is the spacious kitchen, the naturally lit living room, or the large master suite, you are sure to find it is easy to unwind and relax at this unique home. To add to the luxury, both levels boast entertainment decks with wide-ranging views, fireplaces on both levels, and a hot tub on the lower level. 



For your extra guests, there are two  guest bedrooms, one with a massive rock shower and another with a full bath and rock shower. The room on the lower level includes a large flat screen TV, King size bed, and walk-in closet. The lower level also offers a second living/game room space with another full kitchen for guests to enjoy. 



The 2nd  guest bedroom is on the main floor and offers a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and a large walk-in closet with a washer/dryer for your convenience. The other bedroom on the main floor is the master bedroom, which includes a large flat screen TV, King size bed, a walk-in closet, 2 vanities in the bathroom, and gigantic rock shower. 



If you like to cook, you'll be cooking in a dream with a fully equipped kitchen, custom rock countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cooking utensils. There is also a dining space that seats up to 6 people. The downstairs includes a kitchen space with a wet bar that has seating for 6 directly in front. Directly off from this space is the extra living space that includes a couch for seating around another beautiful stone gas log fireplace w/ a TV for entertainment. 



All that being said, when you are in the mountains, nothing beats being on the deck overlooking the landscape. Both of our decks come with comfortable seating for everybody around beautiful wood burning fireplaces. The lower level features a hammock, chair swing, grill and large hot tub. 



Other features include a separate laundry space and couches that electronically recline all the way back to make for extra sleeping space. 



All of this located in the most desired area of North GA! Fannin County is named

the "Trout Capital of Georgia!" Book an excursion with one of the local fly fishing

things to do in our area. 



Blue Ridge is a one-of-a-kind spot with all of the outdoor activities you could hope for; hiking, white water rafting, tubing down the Toccoa River, horseback riding, biking trails, Lake Blue Ridge Marina, Mercier's Apple Orchard, and walking through our historic Downtown Blue Ridge.

After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 hold on the card for the validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
