LOCATION
We are just far enough away from the crowds, located over the border into the quieter Herzegovina region of BOSNIA. (New faster border channels were completed in December 2019).
Villa "G" is just a 7 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Srebreno and Milini and the fabulous jewel of the Adriatic, the city of Dubrovnik. The historic city dates back to the 7th Century with its prominent surrounding walls being a highlight for visitors. The walls have been a popular filming location for the fictional city of “King’s Landing” in the television series, “Game of Thrones”.
Our local, 13th century, walled town of Trebinje is a historic delight to explore. The piazzas and cafe bars nestled under the great “Platani” trees are a great place to people watch and enjoy a coffee or ice cream.
There is a newly opened Water Park and in the evening “Vukoje” winery, with a rooftop terrace and restaurant offers diners great views over the town and river Trebisnjica. The town has something for everyone.
Further afield in Bosnia, Mostar and Kravice waterfalls are a fun day out or why not travel further afield to the Fjords of Kotor in Montenegro.

THE SPACE
Villa “G” is a part of the small family resort and proudly commands views over the mountains and the valley to the Adriatic Sea. It provides a quiet and comfortable ambience for those who seek some quality time with friends and family. As you walk through the door of this exclusive villa you feel a wave that alludes to a sense of calm. Every angle of this villa oozes indoor and outdoor stylish contemporary living. You will find it hard to tear yourself away from this very comfortable holiday retreat!!
Relaxation is really easy here! Sunbathe on the stunning ‘surf’ sun loungers dotted in and around the impressive pool (9m x 4m) finishing with a cooling dip in this incredible large pool – what a way to spend the day! The terrace also has a quiet outdoor seating area, nestled between olive trees, ideal for morning coffee or cocktails before dinner.
More relaxation needed? Then enjoy your own private Spa. If it’s not hot enough outside, take the heat in the sauna or simply let your muscles relax in the state of the art Jacuzzi, opening the patio doors gives you a sense of the outdoors!
The sublime Open Plan design has been considerately arranged for all rooms to open onto the pool terrace, with stunning views over the valleys to the Adriatic Sea.
The exquisite lounge has sumptuous sofas for you to play game’s, watch the television, catch up on emails or simply enjoy some music!
A fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need for you to cook a barbecue or to entertain family and friends, starting with drinks at the bar of course! There is a separate laundry room complete with washing machine and a tumble dryer and other essentials. We will take care of housekeeping on a daily basis for you.
Sleeping 6, Villa ‘G’ offers 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. The rooms are with fitted wardrobes, wall mounted televisions, vanity units and chairs, all opening onto the terrace and pool area ideal for an early morning swim .En suite bathrooms have been exquisitely designed with large walk-in showers and hairdryers. Attention to details is not missed with luxury fixtures and fittings and linens.
Pool heating is included in the cooler months but in July and August it can be offered at £15 per day. The pool will not be filled from the end of November until the beginning of April, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months unless requested.
Parking is available for 2 cars.
Please note that Villa ‘G’ is part of an ongoing building development area, in the summer only light work is carried without disturbance to guests.
GUEST ACCESS
The manager will be there to meet and greet you. However, for the late arrivals, a key safe is available, with code and contact numbers given after booking.
We have also designed a brochure that is updated annually, tantalizing you with ideas of places to visit, complete with maps and directions! Places that are a bit off the beaten track and that the regular tourist won’t know about. We have ideas and tips for excursions, beaches and restaurants and sporting activities that have been recommended by the owner or previous guests. Ideal pool-side reading!
The owner will not be on the premises whilst guests are staying but there will be a property manager to meet and greet you and answer any enquiries.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
All linen is included.
Bedding and towels changed on request or after a 1 week stay.
Bathroom and pool towels are provided but NOT beach towels.
Price includes service/cleaning charge. Plus we provide a complimentary 1.5 - 2 hour cleaning service daily.
On request we can provide large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat.
We can also offer a babysitting service, if staff is available. There is a small additional cost charged.
