Perfect place for relaxing vacation

This beautiful villa is situated in Čilipi, just 20km away from Old Town of Dubrovnik.
It is perfectly situated so that you can explore Dubrovnik area and enjoy in peaceful nature, far enough from urban noise
House is spread on 130 square meters and consisted of two floors. On ground floor there is bathroom (with washing machine), fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room with doors that leads to the terrace with lounge furniture which is perfect breakfast spot!
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and one has one single bed and all of them have wonderful views on the property and surrounding.
All house is air conditioned, has SAT TVs and WiFi. Washing machine, ironing facilities and hair-dryer are at guests' disposal.
Outdoor space is created to give you total privacy to enjoy in your holiday. There is a big swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. Near swimming pool there is barbecue, as well as dinning place in natural shade where you can enjoy your meals.
Since public transport is poor, we recommend you to have or hire a car during your stay so that you can explore beauty of Dubrovnik region.
Nearest supermarket is 2km away and in center of Čilipi you can also find (smaller) supermarket, post office, cafes, visit St. Nicholas church, Konavle county museum and folklore show which is held every Sunday on main square.
Just 6km away from Villa there is small coastal town Cavtat with nice beaches, beautiful seafront with restaurants, cafes, shops, bars..

Really near airport but donā€™t let that put you off as very peaceful location. Clean and great for sunsets in the evening.

Never so glad of a pool

Villa and all it's garden eating and relaxation areas were fantastic, sorry but the photos were only a tease of how spacious the whole property is. Weather very warm so loved the pool. Wonderful close village with harbour and really easy water taxi to Dubrovnick old town. Airport near by was a concern but the villa so well positioned we bearly noticed the few planes that did come in. Certainly plan to come back

Great location ā€“ fantastic pool

located near airport but plane noise is minimal, hardly noticeable. Far enough away from the tourist madness of Old Town Dubrovnick but close enough if you do want to visit. Easy walking distance to Stone Mill restaurant which is a must visit ā€“ highly entertaining. Pool is great with plenty of loungers and no neighbours. Rooms are large and clean. Owner was super friendly and met us at airport even though our flight was much delayed. Only thing I'd add is bring your own coffee maker . . . Top recommendation for this rental

Beautiful villa and wonderful host

A really lovely comfortable villa with all the equipment you could possibly need. The pool and garden are both absolutely stunning and really well looked after. Pero is a really friendly and helpful host who met us at our car rental and took us to the villa. Itā€™s close to the airport but far enough away so the villa is lovey and quiet. Close to a few beautiful towns and beaches. Plenty to do in the area. You will have a wonderful time staying at Peroā€™s place. We are looking forward to going back there before too long. WONDERFUL!! Before we had even left England, Pero, the manager of the property had been in touch with his contact details and offered to meet us from the airport. He met us at the car hire depot and we then followed him (for only a few minutesĀ£ to the villa. The large outside space is PHENOMENAL! The pool is huge and there are two lovely seating areas and another lounging area. My only wish is that we had come later in the season to be able to eat the figs straight from the trees! Pero was constantly in touch with recommendations and answered any question we threw at him. He really is a nice man. You need to drive to stay here I think, but you can be in Dubrovnik in 30 minutes and Cavtat in 10 and a shop in 2. Cannot recommend more!

Amazing

The owner was very friendly and very nice. He picked us up at the airport and drove us the the house which is 5 minutes away. We could reach out with every problem or question to him. When one guy got sore throat he came directly and gave him a pill against. And the house and the yard with the beautiful pool is a dream location.

Great spacious villa beautiful view and fantastic hospitality

We were greeted by the owner of the villa at the airport who drove us to the villa literally 5mins away. He was extremely helpful and friendly and easy to reach out to. The owner offers excursions and transport of available. Excellent pool and outdoor seating area which we thoroughly enjoyed. All facilities were available that were listed in the description. We were located in cipili which was 30mins car ride to old town (city centre) and 10mins from the local beach cavtat. Overall a great villa to stay in a beautiful hot country. Would highly recommend it.
