Jackie, I apologize your stay was not up to your standards. An elevator is available for use during your stay. Instructions for the use of the elevator were included in the E-Guide provided prior to your stay, a Hard Copy Welcome Guide located on the kitchen counter, and through appropriate signage located at each elevator access point. The elevator is inspected pre- and post-stay for all renters. It was properly functioning prior to your arrival. Proceeding your stay, it was noted that the elevator was located on the garage level with the interior accordion safety door was not closed, which eliminates the use of the elevator which is also noted in the Welcome Guides. I am very sorry your felt the cleaning needs improvement. In the future, please feel free to communicate this so we can resolve during your stay. However, I personally walkthrough and video record the property after it’s been cleaned for reference and consideration purposes. Please fee free to provide specific details so we may address and enhance the cleanliness for future parties. I apologize the beach was too far for your liking. Access points to the beach, which is across the street, is outlined through the E-Guide and Welcome Guide provided pre- and during check-in. Additionally, the complex's trash receptacles are located at a convenient, centralized location within 50 walking steps from the front door. Its location in comparison to the condo is outlined via a map and verbal instructions provided in the E-Guide and Welcome Guide. I apologize your vacation overall, did not meet your standards. Most rental properties require tenants to take out their trash prior to departure, start the dishwasher, and if the property includes a linen service, leave the dirty towels and linens in a centralized location. While this is typical of industry standards, we would be happy to accommodate these items for you at an additional charge as noted in the E-Guide and Welcome Guide.
