This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located right on the canal with water views, a peaceful atmosphere, and an incredible salt water pool and spa! (Heating extra) This home is perfect for vacations with family, fishing, beach trips, shopping and relaxing getaways.

The home is located in a clean and quiet community, suitable for families and anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Upon entering this lovely home you will notice the expansive open floor plan with an abundance of natural light, and enough space to comfortably sleep and accommodate 6 guests!

Do you love to cook? No worries, this home has got you covered! Enjoy the eat-in kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! (dishwasher, range-convection oven, fridge-freezer, microwave) The kitchen comes furnished with everything you could possibly need. Keurig & coffee machine, crock pot, glassware, silverware, and a big pantry to store all your groceries and paper goods. The kitchen boasts a huge island with 6 bar stools to enjoy a meal there. Or, if that doesn’t suit you, you can choose to eat at the cute and cozy breakfast nook that seats 4, or the beautiful formal dining room that seats 6!

Also, located in the main open space is the large yet cozy living area, with a giant sectional to fit everyone! This space comes equipped with a flat screen TV which has Direct TV and Roku capabilities.
On the opposite side of the house is a SECOND smaller living area if a few of you are looking for a little more privacy or want to watch different shows. This area is also equipped with a flat screen TV with Direct TV, Roku and a full reclining sofa, (all 3 seats recline).

The home also includes a peaceful office area with a love seat perfect for unwinding and reading a book, and a desk perfect for any remote work. WIFI included, of course!

There are 3 gorgeous bedrooms! On the right side of the home is the impressive primary bedroom suite which has a comfortable king bed! The primary also includes a large dresser, floor mirror, nightstands, luggage rack and clothing rack for storing all of your vacation outfits! There is also a full primary bathroom attached which includes an amazing jet tub, walk in shower, double sink vanity and toilet closet. The primary closet is not available for use, it is for the property owner and off limits to others.
The other two bedrooms are no less stunning than the primary! They are located on the left side of the home and include queen size beds with dressers and closet spaces to store your belongings. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan along with central air conditioning throughout the home.

There is also a second full bathroom with a walk in shower and direct access to the pool area. Both bathrooms come stocked with towels and toilet paper. Any replenishing of toilet paper is your responsibility. There are also some toiletries left as well, but it may be best to bring your own.

For your convenience, this home also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer! Laundry products are limited, once you run low please let me know so I can get them replenished.

Time to head outside to paradise! The back wall of the home has floor to ceiling patio doors that lead to the true oasis that awaits you outdoors. This backyard with screened-in lanai is truly magnificent with a gorgeous salt water pool and spa, (heating optional) perfect for day AND night time use. Step out onto the covered patio which has a grill for your convenience as well as a plethora of different seating options to enjoy the Florida weather. There is a dining table on the patio which seats 6 ideal for an outdoor meal. The second seating area boasts outdoor furniture; a love seat, two cushioned chairs and a dazzling gas fireplace! The third seating area is located out in the sun in the lanai with a massive double lounger and a small bar table with 2 chairs, and 2 movable lounge chairs. Beyond the lanai space is a marvelous view out on the dock which views the canal and wildlife. Bring a fishing rod and cast a line!
There’s an additional patio outside of the lanai for true sun seekers with pretty flowered gardens.

There is an outdoor shower head near the pool perfect for cooling off or rinsing off the sand after the beach before heading into the pool or inside.

Please note, guests are always welcome to sit, stand or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond VRBO's control, we cannot 100% guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft. Owners boat is OFF LIMITS!

There is a propane tank under the grill and another one under the fireplace but we do not provide refills for propane; guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the store. Please check the tanks before using and refilling.

Salt Water Heated Pool and Heated Spa Option: The pool and spa electric heat is always an option, at an additional fee of $40 per day. If you are interested, please inquire at time of booking. If you choose to heat the pool/spa you are required to cover the pool and spa when not in use to conserve the heat as best as possible. Please be aware during the winter months the heater can’t be used if the temperature is 60 degrees or lower because this can cause the heater to freeze up. If it warms up during the day higher than 60 you can use the heater.

Beach necessities; chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and coolers are located in the garage. Beach towels are available in the hall closet near the guest bathroom.
All other items in the garage are off limits.

Minimum renting age for primary renter is 25 years old.

The pure essence of tranquility transcends through every area of this home and will have you wanting to return year after year! Don’t forget to enjoy the lovely sunsets at one of the nearby beaches or try some delicious food at one of the many restaurants in the area! Bring your bikes for a calm ride around the community or shop until you drop at any of the several shopping centers and boutiques located nearby!

Please be aware this home does not have a pool safety barrier therefore it is not suitable for kids 10 and under. For safety reasons, we don't accept bookings with kids 10 and under. Please be cautious and alert around the pool area with your family members and guests. You are responsible for their safety.

Please be aware there are 2 exterior cameras on the property for security purposes only. They are not used to watch guests; they are strictly used for security purposes only! The pool/hot tub area is within the coverage area of the device. The other camera is on the front of the house; the coverage area is the front door and driveway areas. There are no interior cameras on site. PLEASE NO TAMPERING W/ CAMERAS!
