This bright third-floor condo (walk-up, no elevator) is the perfect jumping-ff point for all Ocean City has to offer. Grab a quick cup of coffee on your covered balcony while you decide how to spend the day, and then head inside to make some breakfast. Keep it simple with a bowl of cereal in the galley-style kitchen, or whip up something a little more elaborate. Grab a seat at your dining table for four to eat, and then head out to explore. Will it be the beach? It’s steps away across Atlantic Avenue.

The wild ponies of Assateague State Park are around 14 miles away, and there’s tons to do closer to home as well, from amusement parks to mini-golf to fishing, hiking, and winery hopping. When you return, get comfy on that sofa and stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen Smart TV, or snuggle into bed and watch TV there. Rest up – there’s lots more fun to be had tomorrow when you book this Ocean City getaway!

Things to Know

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I stayed in this condo with my husband and 6 yr old son. The size was perfect for us. It wasn't that bad being on the 3rd floor. The location is great, steps from the beach and in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The condo is in a safe, quiet area. The inside of the condo is decorated very nicely with a beach theme just as the pictures show. The only complaints I have is the door lock is horrible but that was addressed very quickly after I asked for the key which is in a lock box on the railing. The floors are not cleaned very well if at all. Lastly the bathroom fan is so loud and doesn't work. 3 minor issues. I would 100% stay here again.

Great stay

Wonderful, well decorated and pleasant stay. Check-in/out was well communicated and easy to follow. Great access to beach and local businesses, will definitely check out again for next summer.

Condo Steps to the BEACH!

PROS: - The location of this condo -- steps to the beach, cannot be beat! It was nice to be that close when lugging all your beach gear. - It was conveniently located in the heart of OC, with bus stops close. - Nice balcony with table and chairs and ocean view. - Quiet area. - Comfortable couch and chairs in living room. - Good space for a couple getaway. Would not recommend for a family. Cozy. - Kitchen, bedroom, and living room were clean upon arrival. CONS: - The tub/shower faucet always seemed to be running no matter how many times you turned it off. - The faucet area could also use a good scrubbing -- hard water deposits on it makes it look dirty. - The exhaust fan in the bathroom was LOUD, and didn't really work well. - Would be nice to store clothes in the closet not with the cleaning supplies in it -- broom, Swiffer. - The digital lock pad on the door is super confusing and hard to use. We landed up using the key from the lock box on the railing all week. It worked great. We called Vacasa about the lock pad and they said they would send someone. No one ever came. - The bed sits really high and we hit our knees, legs, shins on the bed frame multiple times. Bed is uncomfortable. We prefer a softer mattress. - Kitchen lacks counter space. We used the kitchen table a lot, but it wobbles, which should be shimmed up.

Beautiful place, awful rental company

Im going to start out with the fact that the place itself is beautiful and in a great spot. I really enjoyed that. However, dealing with Vacasa is a joke. Vacasa is the company that runs this rental. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and had to adjust our stay. I attempted to message the company but recieved a message frok not fewer than 4 different people with 4 different reaponses. I gave up and called and within 10 minutes I was able to thankfully adjust our stay by a day to accommodate the funeral we had to attend. Definitely call Vacasa with any issues and skip the messenging completely. Upon check in, I was greeted with a keypad that was frustrating to use. It wasnt a normal keypad. It had circles, you had to punch in the code, the numbers moved and you had to punch in the code again. Its so sensitive it always tapped extra numbers and kept locking me out for longer periods of time. I contacted Vacasa again and was thankfully given access to actual key. I did have the fight with the key because it was brand new and extremely tight in the lock but that was manageable. Once I finally got in, the place was hot, humid, and stuffy. The a/c units were off. I guess I can understand why, but it you know you have check ins, It would be nice to turn them on the day they are checking in, especially during a heat wave! The offered wifi was unusable. It did not stay connected. The kitchen was useable but not very stocked.

This is a great place to stay it’s perfect for two people . The location is perfect. myvwife and I enjoyed walking to the breakfast places in the morning and to the beach shortly after that. We will definitely be back again in the near future.

It was fine

The location was perfect for what I needed. A conference. Bed comfortable, neighborhood good. Full service place. Close to restaurants. But, I stayed 2 nights only. There was a Keurig, but no k cups/pods. Plus no hair dryer. And i had to wash my feet before putting on shoes because the LVP floors were not as clean as they could have been.

The check-in process was really easy. The location was very clean and tidy, but it was a little worn with poor quality sheets. The bathroom also smelled liked cigarette smoke when we entered. So, I thought this location was a little overpriced. Neighborhood was great. Good restaurants within 2 minutes walking and beach access was safe and clean as well. We didn’t have any concerns about our safety for most of the stay. We did have an incident where the entry code stopped working after we went out for dinner. We called the property mgmt. company, and they told us to look for the backup key in a lock box that we noticed was open and without a key. This was very worrisome. They told us where the second backup was located and then we were able to reenter the location. There was a security bar thing inside that would prevent the door from opening if someone had the key, but not the best way to end our experience. I do appreciate the responsiveness of the property management company, but not ideal.

Little entry problem, but nice place.

Very clean, comfortable with ocean view. Missed having some of normal home amenities, but we knew this home didn’t have them(washer/dryer, dishwasher). Would definitely stay again!

Great location, easy parking!

Very cute condo! Easy parking and beach access. Bring your own blankets and pillows if you have 4 guests. Lots of steps to walk up. Floors were dirty upon arrival but everything else was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great. The only thing that I can say is not a complaint just a suggestion. The bed is extremely firm and there is no mixing bowls or any bowls big enough to prepare food. They only have cereal bowls. I suggest getting a plush mattress topper and mixing bowls. Other than that I would definitely refer and stay here again, and it steps from the beach.

Great Location!

Great location! Short walk to the beach, walkable to shops and restaurants. The space itself is cozy and comfortable. We did have a couple issues during our stay. Upon arrival, our eight year old kicked off her shoes to help unpack, within a half hour her feet were black! Unfortunately, there are no cleaning products in the unit… The property management indicated they would get it taken care of, but it never was. Our entry code stopped working several days before our departure. The PM was able to get us into the key box for the remainder of our stay. We personally don’t like to live out of suitcases. Storage is at a premium here! A dresser would be a major plus! The pullout sofa is bad… uncomfortable, flimsy, and no pillows or blankets were provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay! The A/C works amazing!

This 1bed/1bath condo is clean, pretty and in a wonderful location. Items are provided but would recommend bringing your own favorite pot with lid, cutting board, knife, mixing bowl, cookie sheet, pizza cutter, foil, oil, sugar and seasonings. The third floor beach view from the balcony does not disappoint. One street north is Castle In the Sand with Coconuts playing music by the 37th Street beach entrance. It’s very close and worth walking to because food and beverage orders are brought to you during lunch hours if you choose. Just wave down the waitresses when you see them. There’s no elevator but the foot rinsing station is on the east side of the building near the steps. Since no washer and dryer is in the unit they provide the clean towels and bedding for your convenience. Loved the super comfy couch, the good sized FireTvs, strong air conditioning units and nearby restaurants. All things considered this condo makes up for what it doesn’t have. Just pack super light and you’ll be happy. Would rent again.

Nice beach place.

This place is exactly like the pictures. Cozy beach condo with a short walk to the beach. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of it though, within 5 minutes my feet were black from walking around inside the condo. Vacasa did offer to send the cleaning crew out that same day but it wasn’t worth the hassle. They definitely need to make sure to clean the bathroom better as there was dried toothpaste on the faucet and sink, and the floor in the entire condo needs a really good mopping. The bathroom was a bit outdated and paint peeling on the wall, but other than that it was a nice place to stay for our vacation. I will say bring extra pillows and blankets as there is only 2 in the bedroom and no blankets to cover up with besides the bedspread. Another thing, I hope we can help someone after us, we bought coffee since it said it had a coffee maker, but was very disappointed to see it was a Keurig instead, wasted $20 on coffee when we needed K-Cups. We liked having the entertainment stereo to hook up with and the surround sound speakers. The TV in the bedroom apparently has no remotes to it, so you have to use the living room remotes and make sure the living room tv is off before attempting to use the bedroom tv or you’ll be changing those channels in the living room instead of the bedroom tv. Maybe clearer directions on both those TVs. These things didn’t ruin our stay, the owners keep this place very nice but the cleaning company could use some improvement. We will definitely use this place again next year.

Amazing

Entering the condo, it was home away from home. How clean it was & how nice it smelled was refreshing. We will definitely be coming back, for a longer stay next time! Highly recommend...you will not be disappointed!!

Stayed for the 4th of July holiday. Condo looks just like pics, beautifully decorated, beds super comfy, clean and centrally located. Minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and convention center all within walking distance. Entry into the unit was was easy and timely. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location with the essentials

We had a somewhat rough start to our stay, as we didn’t receive a lock code in advance of our stay, and when we called the property management company they were unable to provide one initially. Ultimately we ended up getting into the property after a second call to the property management company and about an hour after our checkin time. There was no parking pass in the unit, so the property manager brought one by within 2 hours of checkin. After that, the stay was smooth sailing. The location was excellent- right off the beach and walkable to just about anything. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with the essential equipment. If you’re planning to cook or eat in, be sure to bring cooking oil, salt/pepper, and any cooking essentials as these were not provided. If we were to stay here again we’d probably also plan to bring our own towels as the provided bath towels were not very absorbent. Overall we were happy with our stay and would consider staying again in the future.
