Large vacation home for up to 18 people with open-plan living and dining area

The newly renovated and modernly furnished holiday home Tirol extends over four floors with 300m² of living space and offers space for up to 18 people. The entire house has eight bedrooms (4 double rooms and 2 triple rooms) and a total of five bathrooms.

Three double rooms (one of which is a triple room) are in the basement, one double room is on the ground floor, three further double rooms (one of which is a triple room) are on the first Upstairs and another double room (with French bed) is on the 2nd Oberg lap. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, in the living area a fireplace with a bench and living area and a large dining area (the table can be expanded from 12 people) for up to 18 people.

In the 2nd On the upper floor there is also a living area with a tiled stove and stove bench. From here you have a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains. In the garden there is a cozy lounge with a grill and a playground with a trampoline. A ski boot dryer is in the garage.
