Our cozy, generously equipped holiday home has 5 bedrooms with 15 full beds and 3 cots on request.
There are also three wet units (1x shower / toilet sink - 1x shower / toilet double vanity - 1x shower with double vanity barrier-free), 2 separate toilets and a stone oven sauna.

The large day room offers enough space for cozy rounds and additional space for children to play.
The wood-burning oven with integrated oven provides a cozy atmosphere in which you can bake your homemade pizza - always a highlight especially for the children!
Entertainment and the latest information provide satellite TV and internet connection.

The cooking area is fully equipped with enough dishes and cooking utensils, stove with ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, toaster, 1 filter coffee machine and 1 Senseo pad machine.

High quality mountain spring water comes from our bedrock from our pipes - for the good of the environment we provide you with a "Wassermax" including a Co2 cartridge!

In the entrance area there is enough space for skis, shoes and a large wardrobe.

All rooms as well as the covered and sheltered terrace are on one level with approx. 230m2!
This is particularly appreciated by families with small children and and people with limited freedom of movement!

From the day room you come to the approx. 50 m2 covered terrace with enough seating, deck chairs, charcoal grill and table tennis.

Since everything is on one level, children in particular can find their way around and since there are no sources of danger such as stairs and railings in the house, you do not have to squint at your little ones all the time!

In the garden we have a slide for our children
and a large trampoline.
The clear favorite, interestingly also among the young women, are our street go-carts with trailers!
