Welcome to Island Escape! A perfect getaway home for multiple generations vacationing together, golfing trips, small church groups, or a girl's trip.

This home has been designed for families and groups and for relaxing and having a good time! Not every day is perfect beach weather. So when it's storming outside, you can have just as much fun (if not more!) staying inside!

The nearest beach access is at the Disney Beach house where you will find a parking lot, access to bathrooms, outdoor shower, and a snack bar. This beach access is about a 13 minute walk, 6 minute bike ride, or a 3 minute drive.

You can also call the free Beach shuttle that Palmetto Dunes offers Memorial Day to Labor Day. They will pick you up at the house and drop you at the beach and also take you back to our home when you are ready. They also offer free pickup and drop off at Shelter Cove across Hwy 278 where there are several restaurants overlooking the marina and shopping.

The full house renovations which started in September 2021 are now complete.

Every bathroom has been ripped down to the studs and redesigned for maximum functionality and beauty. The interior floorplan has also been redesigned for better flow and functionality.

The house has been repainted inside and out in light, beachy colors. It has all new flooring and lighting, all new kitchen including new cabinets, countertops and appliances, all new bathrooms, and all new furnishings.

"Island Escape" features 7 bedrooms, all with private ensuite baths. 5 of the bedrooms are King bedrooms with ensuites and 2 of the bedrooms have Queen over Queen bunkbeds with a staircase to the upper bunk which will accommodate up to 2000 pounds and are suitable for adults or kids. The home has an elevator from the Garage area to all 3 floors (garage, main level floor and 2nd floor of home)

The Main Level has:

Living Room with 85" QLED TV, linear LED fireplace, soaring 2 story fireplace feature wall, and all new furniture.

New Wetbar with sink and wine & drink cooler and an undercounter ice maker make afternoon cocktails a breeze!

Game Area: Custom built 1969 Chevy Camaro Car Pool table with real tires and rims and working headlights and tail lights .

This game area also has a Led Zepplin Pinball Machine and a Super Arcade machine with 5000 video games (including all the 80's & 90's favorites, Pac-Man, Super Mario, Galaga, Mortal Combat, etc).

Dining area with table that seats 10 people. Additional dining is located at the breakfast next to the dining area.

Fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances including 2 full sized refrigerators, double wall ovens (including a french door wall oven), microwave, smooth top induction cooktop, and 2 large islands (one with bar seating for additional 6 people)

The 4 themed bedrooms on the Main level of the home are:

"Island Oasis"- Primary Bedroom: 1 king split adjustable bed with luxurious spa bathroom with extra large shower and free standing air bubble/whirlpool tub. The Primary bedroom also has a dedicated space with a crib and changing table for a baby. Has a 55" QLED TV

Bedroom #2: "Under the Sea" - 1 king split adjustable bed with private ensuite bath that has shower with grab bars and bench to allow for handicap use. Has a 50" QLED TV

Bedroom #3: "Anchors Down" Bunkbed room: Sleeps 4. Has a Queen Loft Bed with staircase and another Queen Bed below. Has a private ensuite bath with large shower and double vanities. Decorated in red, yellow, and blue Nautical theme. Also has a 55" QLED TV

Bedroom #4: "Sunkissed Slumber" Bunkbed room: Sleeps 4. Has a Queen Loft Bed with staircase and another Queen Bed below. Private ensuite bath with large shower. Decorated in light colors with a beach theme. Has a 55" QLED TV

Powder Room: Suitable for handicap use with grab bars around toilet

Laundry Room with new large capacity washer & dryer on pedestals

2 person Infrared Sauna to soothe your aching muscles after a long day of golf or biking on the beach.

Bedroom #5: "Dancing with Flamingos" Bedroom - 1 king bed with private ensuite bath that has a clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower. Bedroom and bath are decorated in a beautiful Pink Flamingo theme. Has a 55" QLED TV

Bedroom #6: "Mermaid Kisses" bedroom: - 1 king bed with private ensuite bath with large shower. Bedroom is decorated in a green and coral Mermaid theme. Has a 55" QLED TV

Bedroom #7: "Starfish Wishes" bedroom - 1 king bed with private ensuite bath with large shower. Bedroom is decorated in a blue and white Starfish theme. Has a 55" QLED TV

Loft Area: Overlooks the living area and front entry of the home. Provides access to the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool, back yard, and lagoon and golf course. The loft has a 10 person poker table and an additional 4 person table for board games or puzzles. Loft also has a foosball table.

Linens and towels are provided and beds are already made upon arrival. A starter supply of paper products and soaps will also be supplied.

We will also provide beach chairs, a beach cart to haul your gear to the beach and a wagon for the little ones.
