The apartment is located on the floor of an old barn:



The kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Everything is available so that you feel at home.

The living room has a sofa, there is also a flat-screen TV with a wide variety of channels and a wood fireplace to heat the accommodation.

In the mezzanine there is a second bedroom with two single beds accessible by a ladder.



The accommodation has a small terrace with a table and benches.

Merkwiller-Pechelbronn: Nestled in the verdant landscape of Bas-Rhin, Hoelschloch is a place with a small Alsatian village of discreet but authentic charm. Here, time seems to flow more slowly, between typical half-timbered houses, peaceful streets and undulating hills that invite walking.

Each season brings its own set of colors and unique atmospheres, from the flowering spring to the magical winter under the snow.

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.



Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a €250 additional cleaning fee.



Animals are accepted.



Bed and bath linens, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
