This is a beautiful home with all the comforts you could ask for. Very quiet and private at the end of a street. Beautiful natural light and a lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds with luxurious linens. Surrounded by trees and cute little squirrels to entertain you. Private patio with grill and comfortable seating. Excellent host.

Nice open spacious gathering area

We had a very nice visit to Kansas City. Nicely updated. Bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen was nice. Master suite was luxurious. The queen bed was rather uncomfortable. The bunk room sleeps 3 at the most not 4.

My sisters and I (4 of us) rented this home for our annual sister trip. It's located in an excellent location. You are close enough to enjoy activities in Independence or KC MO. But it's tucked away at the end of a quiet street allowing a great get away from crowds and noise. The owner (Rich) is nice and was very responsive to our questions and concerns.

Amazing!!!

Simply WOW! What an all-around GREAT property, Host, and stay! Everything was just as advertised. The property is very well taken care of, managed, and located!!! This one is now saved in our favorite properties and we fully intend to start our future trips to Kansas City beginning here!

Great Stay for Chiefs game

The accommodations were wonderful and exactly as advertised. The beds were some of the most comfortable in any VRBO. The location cannot be beat for attending Kansas City sporting events.

Great stay

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and getting there was pretty straightforward. There is an ample supply of paper products, towels, shampoo, and body wash so if you forget, you're covered. If you need supplies, there is a grocery store 3 minutes away by car. Also, the property is about 15 minutes away from the stadiums so if you're in town to see a football game, baseball game, or concert, it's convenient.

Great location to hit up the Parks

We stayed for a weekend to visit Oceans of Fun and watch Monster Jam. Great home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home is located at the end of dead end street and surrounded by trees. The host communication was wonderful. The house was lovely. Lots of space in the home, nicely furnished, very clean, great water pressure. Good location to get to places to eat and things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern finishes, great privacy at end of street

This was a perfect house for a weekend stay of Chiefs football and concerts at Cable Dahmer Arena. Privately tucked at the end of street. The house felt modern and had all of the dishes and kitchen supplies you need. Would definitely stay again!

Purpose built, new, modern.

The property was quiet, at the end of a street, so no traffic. Interior finishes are very nice, beds comfy, lots of closet space. We hosted a few friends one evening for a quiet visit, the main area was completely suitable. 2 niggling things: no kitchen trash bags except the one in the can, and the sink faucet handles in master bath need better cleaning under the turning part. Except for those minor issues, everything was great!

Great house, great location

Perfect house for our weekend

The house is set up great. Modern, clean, and the perfect size for our family. We had plans in Independence and downtown KC and we couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay for both. Easy access to everything we needed.

Calm Getaway

This property is exactly as featured. It was a peaceful stay for just the two of us and certainly had the cozy ambience within the home. The only reservation we had were the large windows in the main section of the home. There were no blinds to shield or cover the windows leaving direct views inside the home. Particularly at night, it would have been more comfortable to have the windows shielded. However, apart from that the home is lovely and cozy. There were all of the necessities you would need in the kitchen/bedroom/bathroom. We certainly would recommend staying at this location.

Wash away the stress in either one of the high end bathrooms with great stone and tile work. Large open ceilings with 8ft Glass sliding doors. Located at the end of the street that gives you privacy that is surrounded by trees. Plenty of parking for your group or even toys in haul or trailers.
