Renovated 4BR+ Independence Retreat on 1.3 Acres

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re truly sorry that parts of your stay didn’t feel inviting — that’s never the experience we want for our guests. Regarding the ceiling, the water leak was new and we appreciated you notifying us about it during your stay. We offered to have someone come by immediately to inspect it, but we completely understood when you preferred not to have anyone come in and disturb your stay. As soon as you checked out, we had a contractor out and the leak was fully repaired immediately. For the Pack ’n Play, we received the message late in the evening. We weren’t able to get a sheet to you before your toddler’s bedtime, but we made sure to have one delivered the next day. Sometimes small items like that unfortunately “walk off” between guests despite our best efforts to keep everything stocked. We also appreciate you letting us know about the flies — that’s something we can quickly address, and we’ve already taken steps to prevent that from happening again. KC flies really can be unruly!
