Cubby Bear is located on a secluded acre lot on the peak of one of the highest mountain tops in the Beavers Bend and Broken Bow Lake area, surrounded by 80' pine trees and breathtaking views. Our cabin will comfortably sleep 2-6, with 3 bathrooms to fit our guest needs. We have a 2 story deck, private hot tub and an absolutely beautiful private circle driveway perfect for morning walks!

We are within walking distance to Okie Girls Coffee & Ice cream Shop, Shuck Me, Mountain fork Brewery, and a wine tasting room! Only minutes away from the golf course, lake, and less than 5 minutes from the beginning of the forest service roads/trails. Enjoy ATV riding, biking and hiking in the hundreds of acres of wilderness and National Forest .

If you are looking for that classic cabin feel that gives you the warm and fuzzies...LOOK no further, Cubby Bear has it all! It is located in the BEST location central to all activities, but sits back off the road giving you lots of space!

-KING BEDROOM #1: Has a KING bed, deck access and a private en suite. The bathroom has a soaker tub with jets, a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Smart ROKU TV

-KING BEDROOM #2: Has a KING bed- is off the main downstairs hallway and right next door to the hall bath + a ROKU Smart TV

-BEDROOM THREE: is upstairs off the loft, two twin beds Sleeping 2. The loft also has it's own bathroom for the upstairs guest- sink, toilet and a tub shower combo!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
