Beach front steps to the sand located between Monterey and Santa Cruz

Our beautiful remodeled home has an open ocean feel. The master bedroom and bath have a glass sliding door to a deck with ocean views and large TV. The living room's large open windows and fireplace make for a perfect evening along with a 55in TV screen.

Enjoy breakfast at the bar while watching the ocean waves or a family dinner at the table. The second bedroom has a queen bed with full-length mirrors
Two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer so no need to bring too many clothes.

Our home is on the second level so the ocean views are amazing. Just steps to miles of pristine beach. Enjoy watching beautiful sunsets, dolphins, sea otters, lots of birds, and if you are lucky you may see a whale.
Located on the Shorebird side of Pajaro Dunes. Resort. You have access to all the amenities, such as tennis courts, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. Beautiful lagoon to enjoy walking or riding a bike around.
Our property features tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and biking & walking paths.
We have a small convenience store for last-minute things you may have forgotten. The nature center is also very interesting to check out as well.

We are between Monterey and Santa Cruz both being about 30 minutes from our home. Miles of uncrowded beautiful beach for you to enjoy and make memories!

This is a unique property. Even thought here are other units around it, it is very quiet. Inside is very comfortable and we didn't find anything lacking. The beach is easily accessed and is wonderful. There's plenty of beach to walk both up and down from the access point. Just a beautiful spot!

Pajaro dunes

Had some issues rescheduling when the local battery plant exploded and the area was under a shelter in place order with masks. We were told that the unit has a large window with a view of the water so we could just stay inside, not helpful when you have young kids. Eventually we were allowed to reschedule, but we were refused a switch to another holiday weekend. There was no laundry detergent.

Family getaway

This was the perfect beach front family trip. Condo is beautiful, just steps from the ocean. Full ocean view from the family room and bedroom. Absolutely perfect.

Beautiful view

Could not have asked for more. We were out and about most of the day, but coming back to a cozy condo with a beautiful view was amazing. The beds were comfortable, condo was welcoming, and it had everything you may need for an easy stay. The beach is clean and peaceful. We walked the sunset a couple times. Watched the moon light up the ocean from the balcony too! We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing girls trip!

Beautiful Coastal Retreat

We loved our weekend away at the pajaro dunes beach condo! The home was very clean, cozy and welcoming. We felt extremely relaxed and comfortable. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the fireplace was cozy and the view was amazing. We saw tons of pelicans and other birds as well as a few adorable otters. It was incredible to be able to just walk a few steps down to the beach and stay all day without the hassle of finding parking or a long drive home. We felt safe and all of the other neighbors were so nice and friendly. It’s a really special place and we’d love to come back.

Relaxing Getaway

The property offered a pleasant and clean environment, accurately depicted in the provided pictures. Communication with the VRBO host was excellent. My fiancé and I appreciated the stunning ocean view and the convenient proximity to the beach. The ambiance was tranquil and serene just what we needed. I will definitely book again and bring our tennis racquets next time.

Weekend getaway

Came to California to visit daughter and son in law and granddaughter. Wanted a weekend at the beach. This place fit the bill nicely! The condo property was peaceful and had nature trails, the beach was clean and child friendly, and the condo itself was perfect for us!

Weekend Away with the Grandparents

We arrived late and had a bit of a snafu. Annette was extremely responsive through messaging and had us up an running within the hour. The place was really relaxing...great views of the ocean. No problem with the amenities. We had some difficultly with the WIFI, but that could be user error. The beds were cozy and it was great to cozy up to a movie at night with the fireplace crackling. I especially liked the access to the various movie apps such as Netflix and Prime video. Great stay. Thanks.

Short break

Very pleasant property with fantastic views of the ocean and the breaking waves. Up high enough to see the surf. Kitchen well stocked with the necessary tools. Beds were comfortable. Had some trouble with the TV not staying connected, but following the provided instructions might have resolved that (didn't try as ran out of time).

Beautiful and cozy oceanfront escape

We absolutely loved this condo in Pajaro Dunes for a weekend romantic getaway for just 2 of us (but would work well for a small family or 2 couples as well). Perfect ocean views (the sunsets!) from the living room window, as well as from the master bedroom and deck, with the sound of ocean waves while you sleep. Condo is cozy, relaxing, very clean, and beach-themed, with comfortable queen beds, reclining chairs and reclining couch, and a fireplace. Kitchen is small and simple but perfectly fine for our needs. Walk out your door and 30 seconds later you are on a beautiful beach that you can walk for miles, including a seabirds lagoon about 1.5 miles south of the property (the pelicans!!!). Really nice that the property owner Annette was on-site and available to help and answer questions. Friendly on-site general store with supplies including beer and wine, 5 minute drive to a Starbucks, and a short 20 minute drive to nice restaurants in Aptos/Capitola. Great spot if you just want to relax, enjoy, but still be able to go north towards Santa Cruz and south to Monterey. We loved it and hope to be back for a longer stay next time.

Lovely view, right by the sand

Spent three very peaceful days enjoying the view and hearing the waves crash. The beach style decor really added to the coastal feel during our stay. The condo had everything we needed, was impecable and the master bed was very comfortable (didn’t use the other room). It has thermostats in every area which was great. Annette was always available when we had questions, helpful and friendly, which made for a wonderful stay. Wheelchair note: there is one steepish incline pathway, which my husband (frail) and I (not too strong pushing) had a little trouble handling. So, if in a W/C, suggest you have a strong person to help push. Otherwise, the entrance and condo are totally accessible. There is ADA parking right be the pathway, which is very convenient.

An enjoyable anniversary get-away

We stayed at the property for the celebration of our 40th Anniversary and had a wonderful time. My husband played golf and we enjoyed the ocean views for a fun, restful vacation. The home is lovely, well maintained with plenty of accessories to suit any guest. We loved our time there and was just as I expected.

Peaceful family getaway

This is a wonderful, updated property. It has beautiful ocean views and easy beach access. We enjoyed the amenities: smart tv, outdoor grill, kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Check-in was easy and the property manager was available for any questions or concerns.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Wonderful place!

Annette’s place is exactly as pictured/described. It has been updated and wonderfully maintained, and is everything you could ask for in a rental - extremely clean, beautiful view (I recommend bringing binoculars to watch the whales, dolphins, etc.), safe and secure location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, soft sheets and towels, only a few steps to the beach. We hope to return as soon as possible!

Our beach front house is sure to be your favorite getaway located in the well-desired Pajaro Shorebirds Dunes Resort area. Just steps away to the sand. Enjoy epic sunsets truly a perfect place to make lasting memories.

The ocean views from our living room and bedroom are awesome! An evening with a real fire with your favorite people or watch a favorite movie, sports show on 52 inch TV screen in the living room or 40 in the master bedroom.

The patio is furnished with a grill and patio furniture to sit back and relax.
No need to bring an iPhone, iPad chargers we have them for you in each bedroom along with a charging station in the living room. The dining area is set with relaxation in mind with views of the ocean and equipped with a large blue air purifier.

Each beach-themed room has queen beds, ceiling fans extra pillows, and blankets as well.
Just out the front door a few steps to fill the sand between your toes and miles of uncrowded remote beaches. We are located between Monterey and Santa Cruz county.

A perfect romantic getaway or great family vacation awaits.

Everyone needs to take time to REST, RELAX & ENJOY life.

Besides the beautiful ocean view, the sound of the ocean waves and easy access to the beach. There are several amenities available to use.
Full access to tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, tennis pickleball.
The ocean is just steps away off our back porch. Some days you may have the beach all to yourself. Enjoy watching all the birds or just grab your favorite book and sit and relax.
There is also an outside shower just outside at the bottom of the stairs going to the ocean. It is perfect to rinse off after a fun day on the beach.
