The condo has 2 primary bedrooms, an open floorplan, multiple ocean peeks, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sip your favorite bev on our patio or balcony while enjoying the views. This is a NO PETS/NO SMOKING property. 6 guests max (including children)

The Space:
Two bedrooms each with its own attached full bathroom and half bath downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can make a homecooked meal or take a stroll to Sanderlings for a lovely dinner.
Enjoy sitting on one of the two decks/balconies while looking at the ocean and the well-landscaped grounds. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a TV. The family, dining rooms, and kitchen are all in an open floor plan setting. Snuggle up next to the fireplace to warm up after a long day enjoying the outdoors. There is a lot to do in the area - dining, hiking, golfing and beach time, stroll along the cliffs and keep your eye open for breaching humpback whales.
Guest Access:
You will have full and private access to the villa to enjoy. There is a BBQ in on the back deck, beach towels, and everything you will need to cook a delicious meal.
The Neighborhood:
Seascape resort is beautiful and offers breathtaking ocean views. There is a long walkway along the ocean cliffs where you could see sea life including humpback whales breaching depending on the time of year. The grounds offer two swimming pools, a walkway to the beach, and plenty of grass to enjoy a park like setting.
Other Things to Note:
The unit is managed privately by us and is not part of Seascape management. Therefore the amenities are limited to the pools, grounds, beach, restaurants and other public spaces.
