The villa SYRIANI with a private pool is located on the western coast of the island Syros, near the port city Ermoupolis, just above the charming fine sandy bay of Kini. The villa is tastefully furnished right down to the smallest details and is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday to remember.

The holiday house was built in the typical local style of the island and has matching smooth colours on the outside. The interior though, is bright and colourful yet very tastefully furnished. This is a dream domicile ideally suitable for large families or families travelling together who want to relax and enjoy their holidays with the luxury of a private pool. The well-maintained terraced garden property with olive trees and Mediterranean plant and flowers is completely fenced and therefore childproof.

On the pool terrace you can enjoy a glass of wine to wave the day good-bye and watch the wonderful sunsets. The deep blue of the Aegean Sea is in perfect harmony with the colour of the pool and the white houses at the slopes above the bay. Directly in front of the holiday house is a comfortable and shady sitting area with a pergola, lounge furniture and a marble table. The sunbeds at the pool invite you to relax and enjoy the view of the sea and see the islands Kythnos, Kea and Giaros at the horizon.

The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished. On elevated ground floor, five steps above the pool area, there is the living room with a direct exit to the front terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. At the head end of the living area there is the kitchen and the bathroom. To each side of the living room there are two bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a direct front sea view. The other two bedrooms each have a private bath and direct access to a private side terrace with a sea view.

The approx. 30sqm freshwater pool (3 x 9m, depth 1,20-1,80m, not heated, in operation all year round) invites you to enjoy wonderful, atmospheric moments. The holiday house can also be booked in the winter.

Fantastic location above Kini with great views (and usually a lovely breeze too!). All four bedrooms are brightly coloured and nice, though the two without an ensuite have to trek through the kitchen to their bathroom! The kitchen is small but fine for the occasional meal. There are several seating areas outside which are all nice, esp the shaded huge table area overlooking the pool. The pool itself was lovely and cleaned twice a week. Inside there is not a lot of sitting space, but because the outside areas are so lovely it did not matter. Lots of restaurants in Kini within walking distance, which seems to be a very Greek resort. Bus possible to the city, but timetable a bit erratic - but the lovely Elpida will magic up a taxi for you if you need it!

Besonders geschätzt haben wir den herzlichen Empfang und die vielen liebevollen Details, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir uns mit 3 Generationen sehr wohlgefühlt im Haus Syriani. Die Lage, die Aussicht, der Pool, die Nähe zum Meer und zum Dorf sind perfekt. Elpida hat uns wieder super betreut, die Zimmer und Bäder wurden zuverlässig und sauber geputzt. Ebenso wurde der Pool 2x wöchentlich gereinigt. Allerdings ist das Haus inzwischen doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Matrazen müssten einmal erneuert werden. Die beiden schattigen Außenterrassen sind ungepflegt und laden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Trotzdem ist dieses Haus für einen Familienurlaub mit den 4 Zimmern und 3 Bädern sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, würden uns aber freuen, wenn unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge umgesetzt würden.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Haus SYRIANI mit 3 Generationen verbracht. Unter dem Motto Ausblick genießen, haben wir viel Zeit auf den Terrassen mit tollem Meerblick verbracht. Der Pool hat den Kindern und Erwachsenen große Freude bereitet und ist schön groß. Über die Treppen im Garten ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand von Kini. Eine sehr schöne, geschützte Bucht mit super Sand zum spielen und liegen. Am Strand gibt es ca. 5 Tavernen, die alle lecker und kinderfreundlich sind. Die Preise absolut fair. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, da man alles fußläufig erreicht. Der Bus fährt regelmäßig von Kini nach Ermoupolis und zurück. Wenn wir in Ermoupolis groß eingekauft haben, sind wir mit dem Taxi zurückgefahren. Elpida, die Verwalterin und Taxifahrerin hat uns im Hafen abgeholt und auch zurückgebracht. Auf der anderen Seite vom Haus liegt der Lotus Strand mit viel Naturschatten. Da es hier keine Tavernen gibt, war dort kaum was los. Elpida und die Vermieter Polly und Stella aus Athen haben sich regelmäßig bei uns erkundet, ob alles in Ordnung ist und sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Hin sind wir über Athen und zurück über Mykonos gereist, so dass keine Zwischenübernachtung notwendig war. Hier ein Dankeschön für die perfekte Planung an JASSU Reisen. Ein Traumurlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben drei herrliche Wochen im Haus Syriani verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses, der einmalige Blick auf das weite Meer im Westen und den netten Ort Kini im Osten ist großartig. Dazu die beiden Strände in kurzer Fußentfernung und ein weiterer über einen aussichtsreichen Pfad in 30 Minuten. Nette Tavernen direkt am Wasser sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool ist zusätzlicher Luxus. Das Haus mit den drei gleichwertigen Zimmern und den 3 kleinen Bädern war für uns mit den erwachsenen Kindern bestens geeignet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Elpida hat sich super gekümmert und organisiert, dass unser defektes Auto abgeholt und zurückgebracht wurde. Auch die Insel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der einsame Norden und die wunderschöne Stadt Ermoupolis mit vielen Veranstaltungen incl. Kino und Theater. Einziger Wermutstropfen des Hauses war der ungepflegte Garten mit dem Palmenstumpf und die wenig einladenden schattigen Terrassen. Diese netter zu gestalten, wäre aus unserer Sicht wichtiger gewesen als der gepflegte Strandabgang mit Bewässerungssystem. Deshalb würden wir aktuell 4 Punkte vergeben.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien 9 herrliche Tage in der Villa Syriani verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, es fehlte an nichts! Die Verwalterin Elpida hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert, hat den Transfer vom Hafen zum Haus organisiert und war stets ansprechbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir werden die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge in der Bucht von Kini vermissen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

All eight of us thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Loved the decor, so pleasing to have colour in the rooms and the space worked well. We never tired of looking at that view and so easy to walk into Kini. If I have the chance to come back, I will.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick über die Bucht; gute Ausstattung, Pool wird 2x/Woche gereinigt. Verwalterin kümmert sich sehr liebevoll; Tavernen am Strand sehr gut; Busverbindung auf der Insel auch gut, man braucht kein Auto; die Hauptstadt ist sehenswert; wer nach Syros fährt, sollte wissen, dass viel Wind zu jeder Jahreszeit auf einen wartet und wenig Grün, da es kaum regnet; und viele herrenlose Katzen, die sehr fotogen sind; es ist nicht viel los, was wir sehr angenehm fanden, auch ist die Insel weniger touristisch als andere Kykladeninseln; für eine Woche Entspannung der perfekte Ort mit Inselfeeling und griechischer Freundlichkeit. Tipp: es gibt auch günstige Flüge nach Mykonos und von dort ist es nur eine Stunde mit der Fähre nach Syros; hätten wir gern so gemacht, weil es wesentlich weniger Aufwand ist als über Athen.

Die Lage des Hauses mit der einmaligen Sicht auf das Meer und das Dorf Kini ist einmalig. Hier kann man durchatmen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Der hauseigene, sehr gut gepflegte Pool ist purer Luxus.
