Aqua Meridian MC12 is a gorgeous 3br/2.5ba townhome with pristine community pool and hot tub. Great location, just seconds away from the beach with access to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Condo features high-end details that include granite counters, stainless appliances, custom tile in the showers, wood plank tile and spacious outdoor patio. Meridian HOA parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart ONLY at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is STRICTLY enforced by the HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $50.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed and must be under 40 lbs. each. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Cute but flawed

*The good.... inside is cute and well decorated and newer appliances. Plenty of room for 10 people or more if someone slept on the couches. I also like the water hose at the front door to remove sand from your feet/shoes. Down stairs shower has great water pressure and is large.*The bad.... The stairs are steep, tiles loose with sharp edges on the second floor, beds are not comfortable(hard). Parking is horrible and people block the way threw all day, loud music and people partying past 2am. They also do not give any instructions on opening the front door and it was very irritating trying to get inside

Close to the beach access and was easy to get to the restaurants and shopping. The A/C worked excellent. Kitchen had nice pots and pans. The appliances were all new and worked properly. Nice large couch to for my family of 5 to sit together comfortable. The master is on the first floor which was nice. Would definitely recommend this location.

Parking sucked!

The place was beautiful but not clean. Parking was a joke! Tow truck showed up. Neighbors on Friday night showed up having a full on block party, parked everywhere grilling in the road cause those drive way was full. Owners of house had locked storage containers in garage so my vehicle would not fit to close garage. I have been staying in rental properties for 15 years in PA, 3 times a year, I will not stay here again.

It is a beautiful condo, decor and furniture are high end. The pictures are very true to actual condo. The living room television is at least 75 inches and a huge sectional for viewing. The kitchen has everything you will need. We actually purchased the Ninja coffee maker for our own home. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. It has a large balcony on the second level which we used for morning coffee and it also lets in a lot of natural light. It was really nice to have access to the garage for storing beach chairs. We loved our stay!! As always Port A Escapes was excellent to do business with. The entire company goes above and beyond. We will not use anyone else. You will not be disappointed with them or this condo.

AC was nice and cool and the mattresses were nice. Rooms good size and the area was relatively quiet. Parking was fine. If you have a large vehicle it will be tough to park in the garage but there are other options like the space in the driveway in front of the garage. Management company was responsive. Entry was very easy with the key pad. Only annoying thing was there was construction next door that we didnā€™t know about. It made for a very loud day on Friday. No beach access from the unit. You can either walk the next street over and take the board walk or walk to 1a. You can also park on the beach which is nice. Only negative was there were no beach chairs or umbrellas. Iā€™d stay again.

Parking is a nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was clean and beautiful as pictured, but the parking had us all saying we would never return to these particular condos. The parking places for this condo is a small garage that might fit a car and a parking place in front of that garage that will not fit anything bigger than a small SUV. Our party drives pickups (this is Texas after all!), it was a nightmare! Not even one of our vehicles ā€œfitā€, but thankfully the neighbors worked with us to get both vehicles parked at the condo. The managements solution when we called about the issue was to park our vehicles a ways a way at their offices. I spoke to management and told them they should have it in the condo description only small SUVā€™s and cars. The condo itself is nice and clean, the pool is small, was nice the first day, but about 2 feet low on water level the 2nd day. Overall, the condo was great, but the parking situation made the trip hard to enjoy.
