Port Aransas, beach house in the Sand Point subdivision is located walking distance to blue water and clean beaches of the Texas Gulf coast. Relax in the comfort of a three-story home featuring ocean views, over 300 square feet of decks, with a roof-top sun deck and private master suit deck, as well as a second-floor, wraparound, covered deck. Wall to wall tile and hardwoods in all living areas.

Why stay outside of town, when you can be in the heart of Port Aransas? We are located off 11th street, which allows golf cart access and driving to beach, town etc. Staying close to town has it's benefits! *There is no golf cart use on HWY 361.*
The ONLY neighborhood in town with end of street, on beach, full restaurant.

The first floor has a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bath. It has access to the rest of the house, but can be closed off for privacy.

The main floor features an open floor plan with a vaulted 18-foot ceiling including living/dining, fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms (both with queen-size beds) and one connecting full bath plus one half bath in the main area. There is a spacious, wraparound covered deck to enjoy the gulf views on this level. There is also a queen-size, Murphy bed which can be pulled out for additional sleeping.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, dishes, flatware, dishwasher, and large dining table. Towels, linens, and a washer/dryer are all available to make your stay an enjoyable one. The living room and the sitting area are fully furnished and loaded with TV/PS4/DVD player complete with cable TV and high-speed internet access point (bring your own laptop please). Each bedroom has cable TV for your enjoyment.

The large, master bedroom is located on the third floor and includes a king-size bed, a large master bath with a whirlpool tub perfect for relaxing along with a separate shower. There is a private deck to view the wonderful sunsets and beautiful, gulf views.

Baby items available (high-chair, portable crib) so you have less to pack for your travel. Please inquire at booking.

The rooftop deck has a 360 view of the city, including the gulf water. The best place to relax at night and see the stars.

The pool & hot tub area is located approximately 100 yards from the house. Pool is heated Nov-April!! The beach walkover is located approximately 210 yards from the house, while the boardwalk itself is approximately 150 yards long.

We have a RING spot light camera facing the driveway (not the house) for the security of our guests, and off season security.
