Summer vacation

Our family loved this condo! The access to the beach was awesome & loved spending time at the pool as well! It was very relaxing on the beach, not a ton of people when we were here. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, linens, things for the beach, etc. We would definitely come back here!

Great experience

Stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the relaxation of the more or less private beach in a non-driving portion of the New Smyrna Beach. Great area, great restaurants within a couple miles along with two great downtown streets with shopping and restaurants (Flager Avenue and Canal Street). We plan to go back to Nee Smyrna for another trip in the not too distant future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christa's apartment. It's very comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed. We had great communication with her; she always responded to our questions and was very friendly throughout the check-in and check-out process.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Condo was clean and quiet with plenty of beach supplies. Christa was a very responsive host. Beach location canā€™t be beat, located on the no drive section. Already planning for when I can stay again!

A great stay!

The condo was clean, well appointed, and family friendly. The king bed was very comfortable. The two twins in the other bedroom accommodated our two boys perfectly. Communication with the owner/manager was great. Would stay in this condo again!

Excellent stay at Sea Coast

Overall extremely satisfied with our stay. The unit was clean and perfect for our family, 2 adults and 3 kids (6,7,12). Right on beach. Great beach. Not crowded. Pool was nice and again not crowded. Only about 90 units in complex. Great stay and would stay again.

Perfect location

The location and property were great. The location of everything was great with easy beach access. My only complaint would be the water pressure as it was extremely weak. The on-suite sink almost dribbled out of the sink and the shower made it difficult for my wife to get shampoo out of her hair. Other than that the place was great.

Great beach condo!

Everything you need for a beach vacation! From the setup and cleanliness to the tasteful beach themed decor, you will be very comfortable staying here! Loved being able to alternate between the beach and the pool with the kids! And everything you need from the beach toys to the towels were already in the condo! Lots of great shops and restaurants within minutes! Host was wonderful to work with and available immediately by text or phone and handled and questions or issues right away! Thanks Christa!

July 4th at NSB does NOT disappoint!

It's always great to work with Krista! The condo is great and being at New Smyrna for July 4th is AhMAZING! The fireworks are unbelievable! It's the MOST spectacular view. The kitchen is well equipped, the master bedroom is very comfortable. I will say the single beds are harder. It's very convenient and the condo community is very friendly.

Girls Trip

The property is well kept and very clean. The owner of the unit was very helpful always got back with you on any of your emails or will call you personally to help you with anything. The unit was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils pots and pans. The balcony has nice view of pool and ocean front view. The office people and all other owners of the property was so nice and very helpful! There is a really nice Dollar General Market across the street that has everything you need for groceries drinks for kids and adults. There is a really good restaurant called Cā€™s Waffles for breakfast and a Ice cream shop next to it.

2 Bedroom Condo New Smyrna Beach

Beautiful two bedroom condo. Direct access to the beach was inhibited by construction on the retaining wall, but we were able to get access through the condos directly to the north of us. We had a bit of trouble getting in as we had not received any instructions from the property manager by email so did not know what code to use, but that was quickly taken care of by the cleaning service company. The property manager also responded back shortly thereafter. Would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there again soon.

Nice Stay

My family meet her for a reunion. We enjoyed the condo, everything as advertised. Was originally concerned about how far back the condo was from beach front units but is was not an issue. Patio worked out well. Very comfortable, the way the sun went you could stay out there all but about 2 hours in the afternoon and be in shade. Pool nice. Beach great, I set of stairs and you are there. They are still working in a little storm damage repair but only thing not available was shuffle board. Nice shopping center across street (literally across street, walk). Breakfast place, ice cream shop, beach supplies and a grocery store. (I think) we bought groceries. We had an opportunity with a water heater but both manager and owner stayed on it until it was repaired. Couldnā€™t ask them to do anything more.

I give it 5 stars butā€¦.

It was a great stay. Overall, we really liked the place! A few things to note, that may have been mentioned in previous reviews and I just missed it. - there isnā€™t a washer and dryer in the unit. There are coin laundry machines in the condo to use, just want to plan on having quarters handy. - there isnā€™t a working ice machine in the unit. I didnā€™t see one in the condominium either. - because we arrived on a Sunday, we werenā€™t able to check into the office right away. The weather was also pretty bad the first couple days so we stayed put. The contact person within the site was super helpful in getting us into the unit, for some reason the code given to me via email didnā€™t work but she was super helpful to get us in anyway. We also didnā€™t receive a parking pass immediately which resulted in a violation sticker on our car. I understand the necessity of the violation however, the sticker did not come off of my car and has stuck to the window causing us to deal with it on our car for over a day until we got home. We were parked in the assigned spot and there were more open spots than cars in the entire complex so, it seem a little over the top and was very frustrating to deal with. Simple communication would have been kind.

Amazing Stay!

This property is exactly as described in the details and Christa was amazing to work with. It is located right on the beach, great location, and relatively close to everything around it. There is a grocery store across the street and driving distance to Flagler. The kitchen is well stocked and made food preparation super easy. The beds were comfy, the condo was super clean, and it made the whole stay feel like home. Would absolutely come back!

Condo was clean, with all amenities needed, including a nice pool and a great view of the beach. Added bonus of great location - can walk across the street to access a grocery store, gym, surf shop, ice cream shop and a few good restaurants.
