Wonderful way to get away from the cold north!

Great Stay

The accommodations were awesome. Everything was clean and the condo well stocked with everything you would need. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but still very convenient. Lots of outstanding restaurants a short drive away.

Very clean, nice ammenties, and very family friendly

We had a great time. This condo was very clean, stocked with everything that your family needs and close to the beach and pool. We will definitely recommend this condo to others and will return for our next stay.

Great stay !

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room ! Shirt walk to the ocean lots of beach stuff I closet.both pools were great and the covered gas grill was wonderful! We will be back !!

Perfect vacation

Property was great, condo was clean and both pools were good size and well maintained. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants/ bars are close by. Communication with property owner was awesome and they were so accommodating!

Nice three bedroom Condo

We had a nice time at this location. Easy walk to a long wide beach. Across from pool and workout room. Short drive to town and restaurants Perfect location.

Perfect Condo for a Beach Getaway

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Everything we needed for the beach was already at the condo so all we needed to take with us were our clothes. The property had swimming pools and hot tubs to use for when we weren't at the beach.

Great condo

Condo was wonderful, clean, very nice, all items you could need or want are provided. Very close to a heated pool, short walk to beach. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Exactly as described

We had a great stay at the condo, our kids loved the pool and facilities, we loved having a place large enough for our family. the apartment was clean, well kept and has convenient parking. The owners make it a very simple process for check in and out and are a pleasure to deal with!

Very nice place!!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was convenient to a variety of stores, restaurants, the beach. It was quiet( you could not hear neighbors), the parking garage was a nice plus and made you feel safer. It had very good access to many restaurants, and lots of quaint shops!! Very nice.

Perfect Family Vacation

Spacious and clean. We loved the location within the complex as well as within New Smyrna. The property was clean and fully stocked for all our needs. Easy and efficient communication with manager.

Livability Plus

Indoor parking, elevators, tennis courts, pool, a short walk to the beach, easy in and out to restaurants, shopping and other sights. Unit was spotless and very family oriented.

Would Stay Again

Two of the three bedrooms had access to a full bath creating two master bedrooms which worked out well for our couples trip. The pool was conveniently located directly across from the unit. The condo included everything we needed and more. We will look at staying here again when we are in the area.

Wonderful Place

Everything was exactly like stated. Very nice décor and new items in the kitchen. Owner was exceptionally easy to work with and very accommodating for us. We will surely use this place in the future.

Great place, quiet, near the beach

We had a great stay. The condo is big, so we had plenty of room to spread out. Lots of extras like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. Near the pool and clubhouse too. Beach is not far, either. Regina was great about her communications to us. Highly recommended!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in your condo, everything was wonderful in the condo and at Oceanwalk. Regina is an amazing host our door keypad went out one night while we were at dinner and she answered our call immediately with a rep sponsor in what to do thanks again for your assistance and letting us rent your unit

Wonderful!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four! It had everything we needed. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. Very quiet area and nice location in New Smyrna. Close to great restaurants and shops. Condo also directly across from one of the pools and tennis courts. Highly recommended!

Property very clean and cutely decorated!

Had a wonderful week! Condo was everything we were told plus. Kitchen well stocked with anything we needed for cooking... Games and beach toys for the children. Would recommend this Condo to any of my friend and I can't wait to go back!!!
