Outside, you have access to a covered terrace with unobstructed views of the beautiful Périgord Vert countryside, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. Heating is provided by underfloor heating and electric radiators. Air conditioning is available in the living room. On-site parking is available. The swimming pool, measuring 7m x 3.8m and 1.5m deep, is a saltwater pool, secured by a safety cover, and is shared with another gîte. It is open from June to September.
