RR18 National Forest Views!

Welcome to RR18, this house is a reminder of what a true classic Black Butte Home is like. Rock Ridge 18 has 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom attached. Downstairs you will find the kitchen with an attached dining room, and a large and open living room, there is also a desk in the corner of the room for any of your remote working needs. Down the hall from the living room are two Master suites with King beds. As you head upstairs you will find a cozy loft area, with couches and a tv, a perfect space for the kids. There are two bedrooms upstairs, the first has a Queen bed and a twin bed, and the second room has two large bunk beds. BBQ with the family on the large deck out the back slider door, and a enjoy the view and privacy of the National Forest.

Please note, this home is not pet friendly.

This home rents from Saturday - Saturday.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2026: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

Wonderful Stay at BBR

This house met all our needs for two families. It was great to have bathrooms for each room. House had all the supplies we needed and clean. Property manager was easy get a hold of and answered any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Great home at a great place.

Home was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Only, negative was the carpet in the living room was super stained and needs professional cleaning. Black Butte ranch was a beautiful setting for my niece's wedding. My granddaughter and grandson went on horse rides, the whole ranch is very clean. The home was very nice, and we had one of the best times ever. Would highly recommend it.

Cozy and well-loved

We spent Christmas here and had a wonderful time! Two families with five kids ranging from 7 to 19. The kids were upstairs and adults downstairs and everyone had their own bathroom which was great. We've been coming to Black Butte for years and this place feels vintage and well-loved. If you want recently renovated, this is not the place for you. It does also have an elevated great room so a couple steps up from the kitchen and down to the back bedrooms. We did have some tripping until we got used to it. We were fine, just good to mention. This place was very easy for us to settle into and start relaxing. The weather kept us indoors and we had enough space to both be together and spread out. They do have pool towels for you to use, which is nice. It didn't have wood so we had to purchase our own yet it sounds like it should have come with wood and they were very kind about the mishap. The kitchen cupboards are full and had every pot, pan, tool we needed. It did not have any open storage for the food we brought so we established a make-shift pantry of our own in the entry area by the washing machines. It was a great place and would return.

RR18 is in a central location within walking distance of two pools and tennis courts. Quiet and peaceful near the end of a cut-de-sac. Large house with private bathrooms provides privacy and space to spread out, as does the expansive deck. Lakeside Bistro, the weekly Farmer’s Market, music on Wednesday, disc golf, pickleball, horseback riding, leisurely walks on the trails — so many things to enjoy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at this house for our annual Black Butte trip, and it was a great option! The deck is amazing, and the downstairs bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The living room provided plenty of space for our large group! I would recommend bringing your own cookware as all of theirs had nonstick coating peeling off the pans into the food, and the kitchen cupboards are so full of dishes and utensils that there isn't anywhere to put food so you'll need a makeshift pantry somewhere. Other than the kitchen challenges, this was a wonderful house!

The activities on site are always great for the whole family. Rental was easy and straightforward. The house was clean and the layout worked- 4 bedrooms with baths. However, the house had basic amenities (lack of garbage bags, colander for pasta, etc.). There were also some extra blankets in the rooms that would have been better off throwing out than providing (large holes and stains). We love the ranch, and really like the house. With a few improvements to basic amenities, it is worth the value.

Girls weekend

Carpet very dirty beds hard bathtubs very slippery faucets hard to turn on. Suited our needs well. No bikes to ride. Kitchen well stocked.

Family Vacation

My husband and I plus our two adult children and their spouses and children spent a week at RR 18 and had a wonderful time. it was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom and the location was perfect. Some of our kids are pretty new to bike riding and this a great location to get to the pools easily. The kids really enjoyed the BLM land behind the house. Great exploring!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place to stay for my family. 3 generations of family enjoyed this house for 5 days. Love how close it was to south meadow pool, although it was closed. Went horseback riding, swimming in the rain, and biking all over the ranch. Had a 10 month, 4 year old, and 9 year old. 5 adults. Loved the fact that each room had its own bathroom. The sink randomly broke and somebody was out within 30 minutes to fix, also the contact availably was quick and easy.
