Perfect place for Family Fun

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, nicely decorated and enough space for everybody. The Game room was a special touch and the backyard with jacuzzi was a great escape. The owners were nice and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Ready to communicate with but they did have a rodent problem

Our experience was unfortunately not a good one with this guest. They tried to retaliate by making up a claim of a mouse with no evidence and not even allowing us to come to inspect for it. They arrived ~4 hours early, blocked the streets with 4 SUVs not allowing neighbors through the streets, we got a few calls from the neighbors complaining. We told them check in was not until 4pm. They arrived with a huge van again blocking the street from 1-330pm with the team. Upon check out, the entire house was trashed, every single sheet, towel, and pillowcase had to be thrown out due to urine on them. They put holes in 2 different walls and ruined 3 carpets. It is sad that people treat the house and neighborhood so poorly.

Best Trip Ever!

The experience that my group and I had was Amazing!! For the amount of people that was there I didn't hear one complaint. The host Reese was very attentive to our needs and made sure we enjoyed every moment. I definitely would recommend booking if you're in the area. You will NOT be disappointed..... We'll be back for sure :)

We really enjoyed having your group stay at the house and you're welcome to return any time. I want a promise though that next time either you or one of your friends wins the poker tournament at the Hard Rock casino!

Amazing stay from an amazing host

I've stayed in a lot of rentals while I travel but Reese was definitely the best host I've had, and his property is absolutely gorgeous. It was the perfect stay for a large group of friends that I travel with every year and definitely everyone's favorite we've had so far. Reese and Isabella are kind, communicative, and easy to plan with. The place had a lot of great small touches and so much personality, I've stayed in a lot of places lately that are lacking personality or personal touch but this stay had the quality of a really high-quality, curated rental that felt like home. 10/10 recommend!

Nice!

Our was simply fantastic! The property was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite being centrally located, the house was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for and valued as guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. We can't wait to come back! Thank you to the host for making our stay so memorable!

Best. Property. Ever.

If you have a chance to stay at this property, GRAB IT! We brought 13 friends together from all over the country to spend 5 days together and the moment we walked in, we were thrilled. The kitchen is huge and gorgeous. The bedrooms are beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. The shower was beyond luxurious. The hot tub was super fun and we had a ball in it. Something a lot of property owners don't get is how important it is that the furniture is actually comfortable. We spent hours just hanging out in the living room because the couch was so comfy. The game room was so fun and such a perk! Communication with the owner was timely, pleasant, and effectual. The price was more than reasonable. We are planning to come back next year and I just hope it's available. I know I sound hyperbolic but I've stayed at a lot of Air B&B type places and I know when one is really great. This one is really great.

Best host and best stay thus far!

The home is absolutely beautiful! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of shopping and the beach. Clean and spacouis with comfortable items that make you feel right at home. Amazing ambience lighting in the backyard with a relaxing hot tub and a mood setting fire pit. The upstairs game room kept the kids busy throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out process was professionally handled. Although host Reese was getting married during our stay for my daughter's graduation, he still managed to stay in contact making sure we were enjoying ourselves. Can't say thank you enough!
