This was an absolute nightmare. Check in time was at 4pm, we were not allowed access by the housekeeper until after 4:30pm. She also yelled at us when we tried to enter OUR condo before 4:30pm. Then I call the management, they couldn’t even get a hold of the housekeeper. Then once she was finally done and left after she made more smart remarks. We get in only to find the entire condo was covered in sand and hair. I instantly called back and they told me they would have another housekeeper come clean up. I took pictures and sent it to them as well, no one ever reached out in reguards. Then one our first night after we used the bathroom, the entire floor flooded. We had to use ALL the towels to prevent us from slipping and falling. I called once again, they told me a tech would come. A tech comes and “can’t find the leak” so they tell us the next morning a plumber will come. Keep in mind we’re on a family trip. We paid to enjoy ourselves and instead this was the most stressful trip ever. So the plumber comes on our second day, he replaced the water tank. This was a whole 2/3 hour long mess within itself. Then he puts all the dirty wet towels into the shower and left. I tried to reach out again because around this time I discovered the entire condo was covered in mold. I want a refund or some type of compensation because we had to reschule so many things due to not being about to check in and not being to even use the bathroom. We stayed with a friend for the first night!!
