Nice place

Checking in was ok after we finally got the information for the condo to get in. Nice guy came and changed light bulbs, ac filter, changed out the Roku so we could get local channels and put in a shower curtain. Was very informative in things to do and good places to go, he deserves 5 stars. Over all a nice and comfortable place and would stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable

I love the convenience of The Summit to begin with and the condo was beautiful. The bed, couch and chair, and patio furniture were also very comfortable. And the 11th floor was perfect for a great view of the dolphins. Overall a very nice stay.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

This was an absolute nightmare. Check in time was at 4pm, we were not allowed access by the housekeeper until after 4:30pm. She also yelled at us when we tried to enter OUR condo before 4:30pm. Then I call the management, they couldn’t even get a hold of the housekeeper. Then once she was finally done and left after she made more smart remarks. We get in only to find the entire condo was covered in sand and hair. I instantly called back and they told me they would have another housekeeper come clean up. I took pictures and sent it to them as well, no one ever reached out in reguards. Then one our first night after we used the bathroom, the entire floor flooded. We had to use ALL the towels to prevent us from slipping and falling. I called once again, they told me a tech would come. A tech comes and “can’t find the leak” so they tell us the next morning a plumber will come. Keep in mind we’re on a family trip. We paid to enjoy ourselves and instead this was the most stressful trip ever. So the plumber comes on our second day, he replaced the water tank. This was a whole 2/3 hour long mess within itself. Then he puts all the dirty wet towels into the shower and left. I tried to reach out again because around this time I discovered the entire condo was covered in mold. I want a refund or some type of compensation because we had to reschule so many things due to not being about to check in and not being to even use the bathroom. We stayed with a friend for the first night!!

Great stay

We just stayed here for 3wks in March & had a great experience. The view was phenomenal & listening to the waves was so relaxing. We got to watch the dolphins swim by almost every morning. Walk out to swimming pools or the beach. The host was more than accomadating. They checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. There was no kettle & when I msg'd them about it, within hours a new one was delivered. Checkin was very easy. We liked that it was an open parking lot as we have a large truck. The security was always on sight & comforting. All the staff were more than welcoming and always a smile & a hello. The bldg is older but looked after. We always saw staff cleaning and maintaining the grounds. In our 3 wks there even with March break college students we rarely had to wait for the elevator any more than a couple of minutes. The furniture in the unit was clean & the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was pretty much stocked with what you need. Location was great with many restaurants as well as a Walmart close by. It can be noisy where bedroom is located at the back because of traffic and there is a couple of rides & go cart park across the street. ( you don't hear any of this at the front though) I had earplugs and my own fan for white noise. Overall a great place to stay!
