The space

There are two living rooms for your enjoyment, one set with a stacked stone decorative fireplace and mantle, the other with soaring ceilings and attractive exposed beams. Both are furnished with stylish cozy sofas and large flatscreen TVs. Perhaps the most popular area in the house is the spacious game room where you can shoot pool, play foosball, or try your hand at shuffleboard. This room also comes with a flatscreen TV.

The open kitchen offers a generous amount of counter and cabinet space with stainless steel appliances including an electric range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There’s also a prep island with bar seating, and a breakfast nook just off the kitchen for additional casual dining. For more formal, sit-down meals, there is a lovely separate dining room with French doors leading to the backyard.

The enormous master bedroom showcases high ceilings, a lounging sofabed, dedicated workspace with desk, and flatscreen TV. Sleek and rejuvenating, the en suite bathroom has a dual vanity with separate shower. The second is a spacious bunk room outfitted with three bunk beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen-sized bed while the fifth bedroom holds a king.

Not to be outdone by the spectacular interior of this mansion, the tropical-themed back yard is especially impressive and presents an attractive haven for outdoor gatherings. Take a dip in the massive resort-style swimming pool or fire up the grill and prepare some epic meals with the barbecue and prep area. The backyard is equipped with plenty of furniture for outdoor dining, laying out for a sunbath, or sitting around the firepit. There is also a basketball hoop, a horseshoe court, cornhole toss, and bocce ball to keep you endlessly entertained.
