We strive to be eco-friendly and provide as many zero waste options as we can to help care for the environment, for this reason we will not be providing single use toiletries.

A significant focus is put toward minor details to ensure an enjoyable stay. Here are a few highlights.

Access: Keyless Entry.
The Home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a 4 digit code to access the home.

TV: There is a 55” Smart TV for your use in the living room, while no cable service is provided, the home comes with a logged in subscription to Netflix. You may also log in for any of your personal streaming apps.

Pool: Bring your swimsuits for the fun in the sun you'll have at our incredible pool!

Pool Safety: All doors leading to the back yard are self-closing and have raised handles to open. Please follow pool rules.

BBQ grill: Natural gas BBQ grill is ready for your grilling pleasure

Mattresses: All Mattresses are of high-quality memory foam. They tend toward the firm side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all.

Pillows: Each sleeping position is equipped with 2 pillows, with the exception of the twin beds room where each bed is only equipped with one. All sleeping pillows are covered with hypoallergenic pillow protectors for your health and safety.

Towels: Every day millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once, we provide guests with 2 bath towels each, although we have additional in the linen closet, we encourage you to reuse your towels to help us conserve the Earth's vital resources. Hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels will also be included.

Water Filtration: Arizona is known for having hard water. To best accommodate our guests this home is equipped with an Aqua Tru Reverse Osmosis countertop water filter which you will certainly enjoy.

Toiletries: Includes Eco-Friendly body wash and shampoo.

Hairdryers: 2 professional-grade hairdryers are provided for your use

Kitchen Items: Oven, Electric Stovetop, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, toaster. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Laundering: Guests will have access to a washing machine and Dryer for your use with laundry pods provided.

Other things to note
You will enjoy complete privacy in our home but we will always be a text/call away to answer any questions. We have a contactless check in at the front door for easy entry.

Please let us know your preference regarding self-check-in versus guided check- in. Available through direct message anytime with any comments, questions, or concerns.

This property is monitored by a RING camera in the front entrance and in the backyard for your safety and security purposes. (The Backyard Camera is for the safety of the guests and the property, but can be turned off during your stay upon request)

RULES & FAQs...

GUEST COUNT
- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the amount allowed on the property, no exceptions.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS
The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses.

PARKING
- No more than 4 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBROING HOMES.

QUIET HOURS
- Outside quiet hours from 9:30PM - 8AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance.

EARLY CHECK IN?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

LATE CHECK OUT?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?
- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
- NO

DO YOU PROVIDE POOL FLOATS?
-YES we have a small selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate provided. You are also more than welcome to bring your own floats.

CAN I BOOK FOR 1-2 NIGHTS?
- No. We have a strict 3-night minimum.

DISCOUNTS?
- No. We do not offer any discounts.

CONTENT TRADE?
- No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation.

NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of god, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest and please DO NOT tape any decor to walls with wallpaper on them.
