Guests will have private access to the entire 3-story townhouse. Entry is easy and efficient with contactless, secure keypad entry. Your unique access code and check-in details will be provided before your arrival.

Parking Regulations:
You may park one (1) vehicle in the private garage.
You may park one (1) additional vehicle directly in front of the garage door.
There are 7 extra first-come, first-served parking spots for tenant use on the left as you enter the complex. Please only use spots marked by the 'Tenant Parking' signs.
Important: The strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than these designated spots.

Discover your ultimate mountain escape at Sullivan Stone 32! This beautifully appointed 1500 sq ft townhouse offers a rustic, mountain-lodge aesthetic, creating the perfect base for year-round fun and relaxation in the heart of the Rockies.

The open-plan main floor features a large, well-equipped kitchen flowing into the dining area and a cozy living room with comfortable seating and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook a feast.

Our townhouse is the ultimate hub for your mountain adventures and is ideal for up to two families. For those travelling with little ones, we provide:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This home features 3 clean, private bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ensuring peaceful rest. All beds are complemented by high-quality linens and pillows.
Upper Level Primary Bedroom: King bed, incredible mountain views, a dedicated desk space, and a full en-suite bathroom.
Lower Level Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Lower Level Bedroom 3: Queen bed, plus a semi-private bonus room with two twin beds and one bunk bed.
Bathrooms: You'll find a full en-suite on the upper level, a half-bathroom on the main level, and another full bathroom on the lower level. All are stocked with fresh towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Outdoor Living & Laundry
Deck: Step out onto the deck to find a BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for an evening meal.
Private Hot Tub: Soak away your cares in the private, covered, steaming hot tub while taking in breathtaking mountain views – the perfect après-ski or post-hike treat.
Laundry: For your convenience, the condo also has a large modern washer and dryer, with laundry detergent supplied.

Accessibility: Please be aware that this is a three-floor townhouse complex with stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
Vehicle Restrictions: Commercial vehicles, trailers, or vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks are strictly prohibited from parking anywhere in the complex. Off-site parking is available on the roadside below the Sullivan Stone complex for such vehicles.
Health & Safety: This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay to ensure our guests' health and safety.

Great ski vacation!

Excellent place to stay all around! Tracy and Tony are great hosts, and are very responsive if you need anything. Location was great, literally right on the hill and a very short walk to the Kimberley Nordic Centre as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay in the mountains

Amazing rental with many comforts of home while you are away from home. Fit my entire family while giving us all enough space to not feel on top of each other. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Lovely stay

It was a wonderful condo with great amenities. The location was great. The view from the hot tub and master bedroom was lovely. Tracy and Tony were great with communication.

Amazing view, great spot

Gorgeous view of the mountain range from living room and master bedroom! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and other supplies (thank you!), including towels. Lots of space for our family. Good access to hill, quiet end unit.

Great family get away!

Our first impression of the property was how beautiful and how incredibly clean it was. It was perfect for our family! The lovely bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice surprise. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy family meals together. We will absolutely stay again! Tracy was an absolute gem, and was so helpful!

Great Stay Golf biking get away!

Thanks for a great long weekend stay! The condo was clean and very well equipped for our needs. Sharp knives and clean grill! Not always the case at VRBO. The Kitchen was stocked and everything worked. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and lazing around playing cards or just sitting chatting! Great location for the ladies to bike from while the boys went golfing. The condo binder was helpful for selecting a restaurant and great town to visit. Thankyou for everything and we would stay again!

Too many stairs for old men! 2 of us are 75 years old. The kitchen stock of cookware was impressive! Very well stocked. I don't think we ever did figure out how to lock the front door when we were gone in the days, playing golf. Some instructions there may be in order. All in all a very good experience.

Great property - Great Service

Our stay was great. Loved the Layout of the basement beds. We booked this condo as we had a golf trip booked and there were 6 of us staying in unit. During our stay temperatures were hot the first day and there was a minor drip coming from the main floor ceiling when we got back after golf. Concerned I contacted the host and we were able to pinpoint the issue. They came out first thing the next morning and had it fixed without interrupting us at all. Good to see that kind of service right away as I had contacted them late in the evening. Extra towels for the Hot Tub use was a treat as well. Bottle of Wine as gift when we arrived. Well stocked kitchen with everything a person would need for a dished, pots, glasses, etc. Would highly recommend this property.

32 Sullivan Stone

My wife and I stayed with Alpine Lodging @ 32 Sullivan Stone just this last week. All I can say is WOW! Tracy and Tony and their team were fantastic. The unit was spotless. We were greeted with wine and chocolates, the fire was going and the hot tub was up to temperature. The unit contained everything we needed and more. The comprehensive house manual answered most of our questions and when we had an issue, a text to Alpine Lodging was responded to quickly and provided the needed information. This was our first time in Kimberley but it won't be our last and you better believe it will be with Alpine Lodging again! Thanks, Chris and Treena Burns
