Situated on the ski hill is the beautiful Sullivan Stone complex. This beautifully appointed townhouse is ready for adventure all year long. Private parking, outdoor hot tub and fully stocked for your convenience.

The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are open on the main floor and are the perfect place to cuddle up before the fire to reminisce about the day. Easily has enough room for 2 average-size families with over 1500 square ft of living space.

This home features 3- clean, private bedrooms allowing for ultimate privacy and peaceful rest during your mountain stay. Simply decorated, you'll find the following sleeping arrangements:

Upper Level - King primary bedroom with incredible views overlooking the mountains, ensuite bathroom and desk space for work.
Lower Level - Separate bedroom with 2 Twin Beds.
Lower Level - Queen bed plus semi-private bonus room with bunk beds.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
Bathroom 1: Full ensuite Upper Level with a shower bath, stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 2: ½ bathroom located on the Main Level stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 3: Full bathroom Lower Level with a shower bath, stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries and a hairdryer.

The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast. We have provided utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a blender, a crockpot, a dishwasher and much more.

The living area is off the kitchen/dining area. It is a very large area with plenty of comfortable seating.

If you love cooking outside, we’ve got a deck with a Gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and a covered hot tub. A great place to relax after eating a delicious meal or a big day of adventures. Soak away your cares while soaking in breathtaking mountain views – the perfect après-ski or post-hike treat.

If you have the need to do laundry, the condo has a large modern washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is also supplied.

This condo is next to the Main run where you can ski to the base and Quad chair. When returning, you can ski almost to your door. With our prime location right on the slopes, you can easily access the mountain whenever you please. No need to fuss with parking or transportation – it's all right at your doorstep. Pop back in for lunch to save on restaurant costs.

Sullivan Stone 20 is a beautiful 3-bedroom condominium/townhouse. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family, multi-family or group getaway. Just bring some food, drink and friends.
The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you'll need, comfortable living space and great beds. It is one of the best places to stay on the hill. With a private hot tub on deck, who could ask for more?!

Other things to note:
- This is a townhouse complex on three floors with stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges
- We do not allow smoking or parties
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am
-The garage is not available for parking
- Vehicles equipped with an auxiliary industrial fuel tank are prohibited from parking on the pavement in the Sullivan Stone complex. These vehicles can park at the far end of the complex in the gravelled spots, or outside the complex.
