Perfectly located in Milwaukeeā€™s eclectic Bay View 4 blocks from the lake.

Minutes from downtown, summerfest, art museum. Youā€™ll have the entire first floor of this sunny duplex.

The space is open concept - 2 bedrooms with Casper mattresses, a bright kitchen with Great Jones cookware, a huge dining room table, office (with an air mattress), and a comfy living room with a 70ā€ smart TV.

Step into the fenced-in back yard and chill around the fire pit for optimal hangs.

The Space:
The space is located on the first floor of a duplex in a quiet area of Milwaukee's hip neighborhood, Bay View.

- Living room features a comfy velvet sofa, mounted smart TV, and a Sonos speaker system

The unit is a good size, with tons of natural light throughout. The primary bedroom features a Queen sized bed with casper mattress. (one of reoccurring points of feedback has been how comfy the beds are!). The second bedroom has full-sized casper. Both rooms have ample closet space.

Funky decor and furniture throughout, with art filling many of the walls throughout.

The kitchen is comfortable to hang out, eat, and cook - with an Island connecting to the dining room.

The property is extraordinarily charming and was perfect for a short family visit in mid/late September. It's close to Bayview and is generally a good location for having fun in Milwaukee.I'm bookmarking this place for future visits with family and friends.

Really nice place!

Well appointed, easy to find and get to, clean, quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to the lake, Harley museum and downtown areas! Neat, remodeled home in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Weā€™d totally stay again!

Fabulous spot and wonderful apartment

This place is fantastic! The beds and pillows are really comfy and they provide lots of thick towels. The apartment is really well decked out and decorated and in such a great position in Bayview with walking access to shops. I highly recommend this apartment.

Overnight trip for a Brewers Game

My husband and I traveled to Milwaukee for a Brewers game. The house is about 10 min drive from the stadium. We traveled with two dogs and my 6 year old daughter. Itā€™s was a great location, quiet neighborhood, and the house was perfectly sized. Check in and out was a breeze.

Great location to good restaurants. Short distance to South Shore beach and beer garden. Fun family activity. Fenced in back yard and sitting area was nice. My five yr. old was able to play safely outside.We were short on towels for showers. Couldnā€™t locate them. Floor rugs were stained and smelledof past pets.

Had a great birthday getaway with my girlfriends! Messaged the host to confirm there was an air mattress and because he wasnā€™t sure of the condition it was in, he ordered a new one from Amazon and it was there when we arrived the next day!! Only complaint would be how much you can hear the upstairs rental unit but other than that, the space has everything you need and lots of fun bars and restaurants walking distance away.

Nice place, but double booked

When we arrived to the home another person was already settled in and scared we were breaking in. Almost got sprayed with mace! Found out the place was booked on 2 different sites.. She was too scared to stay there after that, left for a hotel with friends, and let us stay with our family. We had no number to contact the owner, but he did respond to our message and refunded us 30% off the the nightly rate. The place was nice and functional for all of us. The dining chairs could be fixed, as they are all tippy. Other than that & check in, we enjoyed the stay.

Baseball Weekend

Came into Milwaukee for a baseball trip to see the Brewers. Location was great - easy access to plenty of bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. If we had better weather, we would have made use of the backyard, fire pit, and bbq.

We love this space! We put a lot of blood sweat and tears into renovating this beautiful Bay View duplex. I'm passionate about design and love to host. We designed this space to accommodate relaxing days, getting some work done, good conversations with a cocktail, get-togethers, game nights, and family meals. The neighborhood is fantastic, about 3 blocks from the lake, with plenty of great places to walk to.
