* Communication & Quiet Hours: - Please be aware that host communication may not be available between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. - Yard hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. - Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We ask that all guests respect these hours to ensure a restful experience for everyone.
* Building Information: - This unit is located within a multi-unit building with close neighbors. While newly constructed, soundproofing may not be perfect, and you might hear some noise from above. If your group cannot adhere to these quiet hours, we kindly ask that you choose another unit.
* Pet Policy: - Your dog must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in the home unless they are in a kennel/crate. - Please keep your dog off all furniture (sofas, beds, etc.). - If you use the yard, kindly clean up after your dog. - Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours. - Any damage caused by the pet must be reported right away.
