Family vacation with comfort: How many times have you been away with friends or family and say that you would love to do that again if you had your own space to retreat to. This property could not be set up better for someone like you. Each family can have their own house but you are close enough to enjoy outdoor activities and meals together. Now you can go on vacation with your family and friends and enjoy yourself.

Two year-round furnished homes plus two apartments on an acre lot in highly sought-after East Orleans. One home (Beachcomber Cottage) is 6 bedrooms and fronts on Barley Neck Rd. The second home (Nauset Cottage) is 5 bedrooms and fronts on Sea Mist Dr. Total of over 6,600 sq ft of living space, 11 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms. Both homes have finished basements, outdoor showers, and multiple decks overlooking matured landscaping. Only .1 mile to the Town Landing at Meetinghouse Pond, 1.3 miles to the Village of East Orleans, and less than 2 miles to spectacular Nauset Beach. New heated pool, patio and outdoor kitchen installed for all your outdoor living enjoyment.

** Pool heating is included in stays of 7 nights or more. If you book less than 7 nights the charge for heating the pool is an additional $200. ** This charge has to be manually added to the booking or can be taken care of directly with the owners.

We had so much fun during our stay! The hosts were easily reachable and responded quickly with any questions. The property was exactly as pictured and described. We had perfect weather to be able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space and pool.

Family Friendly

My extended family and I had a wonderful time staying at Twin Estates. The houses were well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry, and bathroom supplies. The owner communicated with us ahead of time and during our stay to make sure we had all the information we needed. The outdoor pool area was the star of the show. We spent many hours by the pool or the adjoining covered outdoor space and ate all our combined meals outside. We plan on coming back.

wonderful week with family on Cape Cod

This property was perfect for a gathering of 20 family members. The outdoor kitchen and eating area were wonderful (two grills, a big island, an outdoor sink, outdoor wine/food refrigerators). Everyone enjoyed the pool -- the kids spent hours in the pool and the adults swam and lounged. The kitchens were well-equipped. We cooked every night except one! The location is great near beaches, the national seashore, markets, restaurants, etc., and an easy drive to Provincetown. Brianna was responsive, available, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

60th Anniversary Celebration

The twin estates were perfect for our family gathering. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for cooking and serving large groups and between the two houses there were enough plates, glasses and silverware. Great hosts. Great property.

As good as it looks!

We had a perfect weekend at this amazing property. 17 of us gathered for my 50th and we had plenty of space to have a catered dinner and ton of fun. The houses have great bedrooms, tons of bathrooms, a play room and room to hang. The pool was open and warm enough to swim in in early May. Brianna was always a text away for any questions and was so easy to work with. I can't imagine the weekend having gone any better.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

We had the most incredible experience at Brianna's Twin Estate Property, where we held our wedding. Even before we arrived, Brianna was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Her hospitality made our stay truly special. The property itself is stunning—beautiful, clean, and so well-maintained. It provided the perfect venue for our small wedding, and everything was just as we had hoped for. We couldn't have asked for a better place or host. We felt so at home during our time there, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a future stay. Whether for another event or a relaxing getaway, we’ll definitely be returning to this wonderful property. Thank you, Brianna, for making our big day so memorable!

Perfect spot for our wedding guests!

This property was absolutely perfect for our wedding guests to stay for the weekend! Not only was it 10 mins from our venue, but the beautiful rooms, ample bathrooms and lounging spaces, and great outdoor features made for a fun spot. The property manager was so communicative and accommodating to our needs.

Perfect location for couples weekend.

A beautiful property with enough space for adults to enjoy their own space. The outdoor space is truly the star. A very large pool / yard space for activities / a full beach volleyball court. You would never need to leave the property. The host was responsive and incredibly polite. Thank you for sharing your house!

the birthday week...

we loved being together to celebrate my 80th birthday. the arrangement of the house and pool and yes, the TVs made it so comfortable for all to be together . the pool was perfect located in the middle so all who wanted to swim,do handstands and just have a great time did. we were very very easy to have a fabulous week...

Amazing Stay + Compound

We were a group of 6 couples and had a fantastic stay! A tropical storm happened to make landfall on the Friday we were there and she was incredible to communicate with. Totally de-stressed our entire trip. Can’t wait to come back and stay again :)

A Relaxing Time

We needed a place to prepare for a wedding in Chatham that could handle a few families and also our dogs. Pool is refreshing, large and beautifully maintained. Houses are comfortable and have plenty of rooms. Brian and Brianna were great hosts who made us immediately feel welcome. Thank you!

Perfect Stay At The Cape

This was a vacation for 19 members of my family ranging from 10 to 77. It was an excellent location. The pool and volley ball court were in constant use. Family reunion week

Had 17 people coming and going for the week. House was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Backyard is beautiful. Location perfect for a day at the beach or a day of shopping. Coffee shops are walkable. Very clean neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend

An Amazing Oasis in Orleans!

Our family was celebrating the 90th birthday of our mom. We rented both houses and took full advantage of the pool, volleyball court, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen and lounge area. We hosted a catered party for 20 and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Being able to house our family in two houses allowed lots of room for all of us! We will definitely be back for another vacation!

Wonderful property

We had a great time on Brianna’s property. It was very spacious and the different houses gave everyone enough privacy. The pool was beautiful, the location was perfect, and Brianna was an excellent communicator. We would love to stay here again!

Labor Day Weekend

The home or should I say homes have a unique set up . It is two separate houses across the property from each other , with a pool / volley ball court between the homes and a beautiful outside area next to the pool with fire pit behind the Barley Neck home which was great for everyone to get together as a general meeting spot. The double built in grills and outdoor coolers was a nice touch for putting together meals easily to accommodate both houses . Both homes feature good size bedrooms , well appointed kitchens with multiple bathrooms , as well both homes you can tell being recently renovated . The exterior of the both homes has balconies / decks and the grounds are well maintained . The property is in a residential neighborhood but the property is large enough where it provides privacy and is within minutes of restaurants, shops , stores , beaches and variety of activities . The owners were very responsive and easy to work with as well as allowing pets . If you have a large family and need the space I would not hesitate to give this property a try . We got married here on Cape Cod in 2000. We searched everywhere for a property like this that could accommodate our wedding party and family. It didn't exist, so we decided to create it. We purchased our first property in 2005 with a vision. We are happy to be able to say that our vision has come to fruition. Welcome to the newest addition to our portfolio, your very own luxury estate, Twin Estates of East Orleans!
