"My Crystal Beach House" -Updates - 2024, WiFi, Pet Friendly, Close to Beach!

'My Crystal Beach House' is very family and child friendly (pets too with pre approval of owner). We are located on a large, wide, family friendly area of the beach, near Beach Barrel 23.. Come enjoy board games and puzzles, indoors and outdoor games such as ladder ball, cornhole, and more. We have toys for all ages, including beach toys! Many recent updates including flooring throughout (no carpet), new leather furniture, cast aluminum outdoor grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, interior paint, etc.

This is truly our '2nd Home' so you will find many amenities that are missing in other beach homes. Please read our reviews and feel free to ask any questions. We own and manage the house ourselves and do not charge additional fees, including cleaning fees. We do ask that you leave the house clean, including washing sheets and towels and remaking beds (all cleaning products and laundry detergent are provided). HOWEVER, if you let us know in advance of your visit, the cleaning can be done for you with a cleaning fee charged of $125 (or $150 if you bring a pet).

Our large 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is the size of many 3 bedrooms, with almost 1300 sq. ft. Sleeps up to 10 (or 11 if one is in the Pack & Play). All TVs are "Smart TVs" and have Roku streaming service (with directions!) We also offer free Wi-Fi. The Primary Bedroom features a pillow top King bed and a daybed with a pop up trundle bed. There is also a Pack & Play and portable high chair if needed. The primary bedroom has a TV/DVD and the adjoining bath has a ceramic tiled shower.
Bedroom 2 has 1 set of bunk beds (pillow top mattresses) & a Queen sized bed as well as a TV/DVD. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a full sized futon.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open and spacious. Comfortable updated leather furniture and lots of windows, along with a TV & DVD (and movies). The kitchen is fully equipped for all your dining, cooking, or baking needs, including lots of pots and pans (non stick and stainless), kitchen condiments, spices, and a dual Keurig coffee maker that makes both individual cups or full pots of coffee.

We have an ice chest on wheels you can take to the beach, as well as "Bag Chairs," various beach toys, frisbees, and more!

There is a large, partially covered deck where you can enjoy sitting outside while watching the sunset or relaxing in the hammock while reading a book.

Downstairs (under the house and deck) you will find a fish cleaning station with sink, an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), foot washing area, porch swing, hammock, picnic table, and a cast aluminum charcoal bar b q grill.

Full Sized Washer & Dryer and an Iron & Ironing Board are also included, as are lots of games, puzzles, and movies.

Bed linens, pillows, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Our beach house is located in a family friendly area, less than 3 tenths of a mile to the beach (or less than a 5 minute walk), with some full time residents and a wide beach, near barrel 23. Please no loud parties, prom groups, graduation parties, etc. Minimum age for main renters: 25, please.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis, please ask. Please no smoking or vaping inside and clean up any cigarette butts and clean up after your pets.

Check out time: You clean - 1 PM,
We clean - 10 AM (you may leave your car at the house and use outdoor shower until 1 PM but all belonging must be out of the house). Early check-in and late check out, may be available, just ask!
