Day time Trailer parking near boat landing. Night time trailer parking in overflow, first come first serve. (There are other options for storage if you wish to take your boat out each day, I have an RV site 10 minutes away which you may store your boat on at night.) If you need a boat slip, Slips are on a reserved, first come first serve basis one of the marinas inside Keowee Key. Please contact the North Marina for Slip reservations, up to a month before arrival.

#2 Master Bedroom, en-suite QUEEN, new Cooling Topper and a TWIN Pull Out Sleeper chair and New 55” Smart TV.

- Sunroom, can be completely closed off and used as extra Bedroom, QUEEN sleeper Sofa. Dresser with linens, blankets and pillows. New 55” Smart TV. Black out drapes.

After booking a reservation and before your check-in, I will send you a form from our Community Liaison. This form is necessary to process your Vehicle Gate app link to assure access into our gated community and so your check-in goes smoothly.

Maximum 2 vehicles, a third may be possible, please reach out to me for approval and parking arrangements.

Many Resort Amenties are included in your rental reservation: Tennis court across from condo, all community parks, 2 outdoor pools, all beaches, all pavilions, all gazebos, trails, community center, restaurants and bars, country club, etc.

Strollers and carts are allowed to pull items to docks, on all walking trails and in all parks within our community. Please Note: Bikes and other rolling sports equipment are not allowed in our community, nor allowed on any of our paved walking trails, parking areas, and our community roads.

Golf Tee times are available for a small fee for renters up to 30 days in advance. Call the Keowee Key Country Club, mention you are a renter for renter rates.

KEOWEE KEY FITNESS AND RACQUET CENTER: 964-944-1001
Small fee for renters by the day, week or month, mention you are a renter for renters rates. This Center also has Pickle Ball, an Indoor Pool, Whirlpool and Steam rooms in male and female locker rooms, Exercise Classes, Water Classes, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers and Rehab Center.

Rentals for for Boat Slips, Pontoom Boats, Paddle Boards and Kayaks available for a small fee, for renters up to 30 days in advance. Mention you are a renter for renter rates. There are numerous Marinas in our community, with numerous rental slips, all on a first come, first serve basis…so mention you are staying in Marina Villas for a chance at a possible slip right by our condo.
