This porch includes a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a comfortable plush sectional with padded ottomans, incredible lake views, and everything you could possibly need for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with friends and family in the evening. The main level patio also features a new gas grill and outdoor table and chairs, again with beautiful views of the lake.

The terrace level includes two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and an additional recreation room. The lakeside bedroom features shiplap walls, a king bed with new comfortable mattress and designer bedding, a flat screen 43 inch smart HDTV, and a wall of glass showcasing expansive Lake Keowee views. The second terrace level bedroom is an oversized bedroom with 2 queen bed with new plush mattresses and bedding. This bedroom also has a 43 inch smart HDTV. This room includes an incredibly comfortable sectional to enjoy the new 55 inch Smart HDTV, perfect for watching Football games or enjoying family movie night. The terrace level also has a washer and dryer.

Just outside the lower level is a wonderful outdoor living area with a gas fire pit and comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying an evening drink with friends or enjoying Lake Keowee less than 30 feet away! We recently added a wooden deck extension to provide additional room and bring the home even closer to the lake.

We have concrete paths leading to both the dock, and to beautiful granite slab steps down to the large sandy beach. This beach consists entirely of fine sand, and is a very rare treat for a home on Lake Keowee.

The oversized dock has 4 stackable Adirondack chairs and a dock box for storage, and an upgraded staircase ladder which makes entering and exiting the lake very easy for all! The view from the dock is amazing, looking over a half mile of open water with views of several undeveloped islands.
