Welcome to "Sunday Morning.". Our Villa was completely renovated after sustaining severe damage caused by Hurricane Dorian. After extensive renovations, we are pleased to now offer it for rent. This 2 bedroom/2bath villa boasts a King-size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 big Full-size beds. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom and shower. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. The livingroom has WiFi, Big screen smart TV with Cable, BBQ Grill, Community Pool, Beach Chairs and Beach towels included. Only 3-minute walk to the world famous Treasure Cay Beach. Close to shopping plaza, marina, tennis court and golf course.
We welcome you to stay at our villa where every morning feels like a "Sunday Morning"!

Nice place to stay!

Had a nice weekend here. Make sure to hit the grocery store in marsh harbour before you come as there is only a small mini mart in treasure cay.

Treasure Cay Villa

Beautiful and very comfortable villa with all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. The villa was 2 mins. walk from the amazing beach. Would definitely rent from Benjamin again. Thank you so much for your wonderful place, would stay here again. Strongly recommended!

Gem of a Villa

If you’re planning to stay in a Villa (while in TC) this is the one to choose! Great location, extremely well maintained, clean and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our group and was always prompt to respond to question or requests. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Quiet getaway with gorgeous beach

This little community of villas is private and quiet making for a very relaxing, slow-paced getaway. The beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve been to and a very short walk from the villa. You will have no trouble finding a perfect spot as it is not crowded. The ocean is calm and clear. While we are beach people and spent most of our time there, the pool is also a nice place to lounge and spend an afternoon. The host was fabulous and we do recommend. We plan to stay again.

Quiet getaway bungalow for couple or small family

Clean, stocked kitchen, two outdoor patios. Very short walk to the local market, cafe and liquor store. Nice complex with pool and access to beach. No dining table, if that matters to you. Owner is very responsive!

Hello Rachel, Sorry for the discomfort of not finding the island very useful! Being a designed as a smaller villa it has some amenities used as dual use to make it more spacious and keep it clean and organized. Thank you for your review I hope you come again to paradise!

Relaxing getaway

Treasure Cay beach is a clean super soft beach. While we had neighbors on all sides it was a very quiet private place. Benny is a great host. We had a few minor issues and he always seemed to answer our questions in minutes. We would all love to return.

Stay in Abaco

Thoroughly enjoyed the villa. A very short walk through the neighborhhod to the gorgeous, calm beach! Towels and chairs were provided, which is important to us. We had the kitchen applicances we needed and everything was in good condition. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and dining room, and each has a full bathroom attached. Overall a relaxing trip, and Benjamin was in contact to make sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend and would like to return!

Beautiful tranquility

Loved our area and home. Our Host was outstanding in all ways. Home net and exceeded our expectations as well. Community was beautiful, safe, and welcoming. Beaches and Turtle Cay outstanding. As we are well traveled, this trip is up there with the best. Love Florence’s breakfast and dinners! So friendly. We were located close to everything. Wendell and his family helped a lot with golf cart delivery as well! Brenda, and Albert our taxis were so efficient and friendly as well! Will be back soon!

Haste ye back!

Treasure Cay is still a great place to take your family. The beach is world-class. The slower pace and lack of crowds allows younger children to have a degree of freedom that they can’t other places. This villa is perfect for families and Benny is a great host. Just enough modern conveniences. I'd recommend renting a golf cart, which provides all the mobility you need in TC. Green Turtle Cay and a day boat charter from Wilson in the marina are also highly recommended. The few restaurant options are good, but expensive, so stock up at the grocery story in Marsh Harbor on your way in. We'll be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

This villa is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and close to the beautiful Treasure Cay Beaches. The villa has recently been updated with all the amenities that one could need. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had new modern appliances, pots pans, dishes. etc. There were plenty of linens and towels. We loved having a dishwasher! There is a community laundry which allowed us to bring a carry on bag instead of a large suitcase. The host made sure we knew how to access the villa prior to our arrival and checked in on us during our stay. We thorough felt at home and enjoyed everything about this villa. We would definitely stay again on our next trip. I would recommend staying here if you have the opportunity!

Fabulous beach villa!

The villa was exactly as portrayed online. Absolutely immaculate and spacious, the charming decor was up-to-date and so comfortable. We had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked so well which was lovely as sometimes in the Caribbean, we'd had ineffective a/c. The beach is just beautiful with the most surreal, clear water I've ever seen. The pool is great. We appreciated the beach chaises and pool chaises. We used the community laundry at the resort which was fantastic because we chose to do carry-on luggage and easily, quickly washed and dried our clothes in modern, well-maintained washers & dryers. We loved how quiet it was at the villa and on the beach. The owner/host respondly instantly to any questions we had and was the most gracious host. Phenomenal experience for our entire family, including our 18-year-old daughter. We loved the large king bed in the master bedroom and the large beds in the 2nd master could easily accomodate 2 people. Bathrooms were all clean, modern, and beautiful. We had more than enough beach and bath towels, which is helpful. We can't say enough about how well this villa is maintained. We will rent from this owner again! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Great spot!!

This Beach Villa is on the south end closest to town and everything it has to offer. Very convenient location. The Villa is newly refurbished and is very comfortable and quaint. Good tv, AC, and new beds. Filtered drinkable water was a plus as well. Our host Bennie was great! Very accommodating and extremely responsive. We will be back Benny, Thanks for a wonderful stay!
