Our villa is a cozy place right next to the pool and few bare steps to the beach.
Villa completely rebuilt after Dorian (new Furniture, Appliances, Stuffs) with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, kitchen and living space. Free WiFi available with cable TV. Laundry available in the same beach villas community and tennis, 18-hole golf course nearby. Just bring your bathing suit and relax. Mins walk to restaurants, medical office, grocery shopping. ATM, gift shop, liquor/wine store and so much more. Bahamas beach club. Cinnamon rolls at Cafe Florence

Free beach lounges and free umbrella. At law tide you will be in aww on the amazing sand bar. You may see Star fishes, sand dollars and stingrays. You can either enjoy the pool parties arranged for the renters or the privacy of your villa and the relaxing beach
To move around you can choose from renting either a golf car, bike, car, get a taxi...all across from the community. Most people walk or bike. 15 mins car ride from Treasure Cay airport and 30 mins from Marsh Harbour Airport, most functional

Excursions: Green turtle and Great Guana are just some of them. Diving, fishing, snorkeling

Wonderful!

Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach, we simply had to walk through the pool area and we were on the sand. Perfect location. This unit is by far in the best location to access the pool and the beach. The beach was private and might have had 10-12 people on it each day. Plenty of private and quiet space to relax. The water was beautiful, as we expected. We investigated renting a car prior to our trip. It was so expensive, we decided to wing it. When we landed at the Marsh Harbour airport, we stopped by the rental car desk and asked for the cheapest thing they had (2 adults). They gave us a Honda Fit for 350.00 for 7 days. We took it. It wasn't a luxury car but it got us everywhere we wanted to go all week. It only took 16.00 to top it off when we returned it. Be careful, they drive on the left side of the road and that was disorienting but we handled it. They also don't have a lot of stop signs and stop lights so the right of way is subjective. We just considered the driving as part of the vacation adventure.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt am schönsten Sandstrand der ganzen Karibik. Das Haus ist mit allem liebevoll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Direkt am Strand gelegen.

Just whàt we were looking for.

Very clean, very comfortable. A few steps from a nice, clean beach with no one on it. Owners and on site people were great. Locals very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for Perfect Day at Coco Cay, this aint it. Very quiet, not much to do. Just what we wanted.

Wonderful host

Beautiful property with an awesome location. The villa is right next to the pool and beach. Claudio was an excellent host and answered all questions promptly. We would totally recommend this property.

Great Vacation

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful, clean and decorated lovely. The location is just steps from the most beautiful beach and a short 5 minute walk to the Beach Club Bar and dinner. Barbara and Claudio were great and very available to answer any questions. I would lightly recommend

Stunning Location

This property is steps away from a gorgeous pool and fantastic beach.Therr were plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs available as well. The place was obviously recently remodeled with new furniture and accessories. Truly a gem. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, the nearby restaurants and sunset meetings socially with the neighbors. Returning is on our minds.

Absolutely amazing!

This villa is fantastic! Best one in the complex! 10 steps to very warm pool and 10 more steps to the best beach ever! Very quiet and private. Villa is well equipped and everything is brand new! Beds are super comfortable. Will definitely come back!

Great location, private and quiet place….

We loved staying here, off the beaten path next to a most beautiful beach with cool white sand, and warm clear turquoise water. The AC kept us nice and cool. The Wi-Fi works great, king bed was comfy, (we didn’t use the extra bedroom with 2 twins and it’s bathroom) and the nicely equipped kitchen are all wonderful to have. We stayed here for a week before boarding our catamaran to decompress and prepare for a total disconnect from our business, our devices, and the World. It was a perfect option. The pool is next door but with the tropical vegetation, no one can see us come and go from our villa. You should rent a car at the airport as it gets costly to use a taxi and driver. The owners communicated very well with me and their onsite support staff work diligently to make your stay go smoothly. Our villa was exceptionally clean. We will return, no doubt in my mind. ❤️🌴

Great Location

This villa is very close to the beach and pool, yet still private. Easy walk to Florence’s cafe and the convenience store. Loved listening to the waves from the villa. Treasure Cay is as beautiful as ever. Hosts are easy to communicate with and Martha the manager was friendly and accommodating. Will be back!

Enjoy my stay would be an understatement for this place, This villa is located right next to the pool and Treasure Cay beach, everything was walking distance.
