Hi Lynn, Thank you so much for staying with us, and for your detailed review. I’m sorry to hear about some of your concerns, and wish we had been notified about them during your stay so we could have addressed them then —especially your difficulty using the keypad. Our listing clearly indicates that it is a 1,600 sq ft home so I’m sorry to hear that the size did not meet your expectations. We have a plethora of streaming platforms on all 3 TVs in the house, plus YouTube TV which has many local channels—I would have been happy to show you how to access that during your stay so you could have watched whatever local channels you were hoping to watch. We did inform you on the day of check in that there was a small load of towels drying in the dryer - this was done to allow you to check in early without having our cleaners come back to fold them later which may have been a bother to you depending how early you checked in. I’m sorry to hear that some towels smelled moldy. We’ve never had a complaint about that over the years we have been renting so I will certainly look into this with our cleaners, and appreciate you mentioning it. There are bars in the shower/tub upstairs that can be used as handrails, so I’m not sure what you are referring to with this? Lastly, the only narrow stairs we have are the ones leading to the basement, and there is a handrail on the left side of those stairs, so I’m interested to to know what you’re referring to with that as well.
