🛏Bedroom 3: Shark themed with two queen bunk beds. Smaller room but great for kids | 32" Smart TV. (2nd Floor).
🛏Bedroom 4: Large tropical themed with king size bed and access to its own private bathroom and balcony | 55" Smart TV. (2nd Floor Master).

🛺 GOLF CART: Our neighborhood HOA has recently restricted golf cart rentals from local companies. However, we are one of the few homes in the community that offers exclusive access to a personal golf cart, available for rent directly through us. The golf cart is $100 - $150/ day depending on season, and must be rented the entire length of trip. This is perfect for easy beach trips or cruising Scenic Hwy! Prior to use, a signed golf cart waiver and copies of your driver's license and insurance are required. The golf cart is considered one of the three allowed vehicles, so driveway parking is limited to two cars.

🎮 ARCADES: Mini NBA JAM in the kitchen and a Wheel of Fortune (24 games) Multicade in dining room. These are a HUGE hit for kids!

🍽️ KITCHEN: Fully stocked and newly remodeled kitchen, featuring countertop appliances such as a griddle, Ninja blender, Ninja Slushi, crockpot, toaster, and food blender. Equipped with all the cups, plates, utensils, and spices needed to prepare and enjoy a perfect home-cooked meal. Seating for 6 at dining room table and 6 more at kitchen bar.

☕️ COFFEE BAR: French press, Keurig, iced coffee, pour over, drip coffee, espresso maker, and electric kettle. A starter pack up 10 K-cups is included as well as a variety of coffee syrups.

🛋️ LIVING ROOM: Bright and beach-themed living room with plenty of room to hang out and relax, featuring two sofas, one of which has a comfortable pull-out queen bed and a 75" flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights and game nights with the whole family. Enjoy a variety of board games that are included for your entertainment. There is also a bookshelf and yoga mats in the corner of living room.

👧 🧒 KID FRIENDLY: Highchair, travel crib, pack-n-play, baby bath, outlet covers, and children's dinner ware included.

🏖️ BEACH ACCESSORIES: Beach closet full of chairs, tent, umbrella, kids beach toys, beach wagon, coolers, snorkel gear, and floats. Beach towels provided.

🏠 HOUSE ACCESSORIES: Bookshelf, board games, game console, work desk with monitor, full length body mirrors, and BBQ grill.

🏊‍♂️ HEATED POOL: 30,000 sq/ft Community Pool & Hot Tub is open from 8AM - 10PM daily. Pool features include Waterfalls, zero edge-entry, lush landscaping, hot tub, and tiki bar area. Pool heated from 3/1-4/26, and the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years.

🚎 TROLLY: Beach Trolly is FREE and starts 3/1 - 4/26 & 5/23-10/31. House pick up and drop off included.

🧼 PERSONAL SUPPLIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and a blowdryer in each bathroom. We provide a starter pack of the following items. Toilet paper (2 per bathroom), paper towels (1), Coffee K-Cups (10 pods).

🤝 RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 24 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below.

🪪 GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID - We request a copy of your Driver's License or Passport to verify you are the person booking. This must match the name of the person booking and who signs the rental agreement.

💰 SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $400 security deposit will be put on "hold" by the HOST before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. This must be scheduled immediately after reserving along with the Rental Agreement to confirm your booking.

📷 SECURITY CAMERA: We have a ring doorbell and ring spotlight camera on the front of the house that is on for your protection and to monitor our cleaning team.

👪 COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: Villages of Crystal Beach does not allow outside Golf Carts rentals, RV's, trailers, or motorcycles inside the gated community. There is also frequently lawn and maintenance crews starting to work as early as 7:30 AM so please take that into consideration if you're a light sleeper.

🐶 PETS - We are dog friendly & allow up to 2 DOGS (NO CATS) with a required non-refundable pet fee of $250. Pets must be under 50lbs and house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival and we use specific sheets for our pet friendly travelers. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. Please also note that dogs are not allowed on beach near our house.

🚭 NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed under any circumstances.

🤫 QUIET HOURS/PARTIES: 10pm-8am. There is a security guard on duty at night, violations of this rule will result in a $200 fine and any parties will result in immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

🅿️ PARKING: Maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway at all times (excluding golf cart). There is limited guest parking near the back entrance towards the beach and around the pool area. The Golf Cart can ONLY be parked in the driveway and will be parked at the house available to rent.

📈 CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages & other things beyond our control.

📆 MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings.

‼️ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 12 people, children included. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and resort.

🔑 CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to allow them the time they need to ensure the house is clean, sanitized, and ready to go for the next guest. If the house is available earlier, we will gladly accommodate an early check in.
