Had we been notified, we would have promptly investigated the issues and worked to make things right for you. We take reports of pests, maintenance concerns, and cleanliness very seriously and always want the opportunity to address them while a guest is in-house. Since your stay, we have not received any similar reports regarding roaches or the other issues mentioned, which leads us to believe these may have been temporary concerns. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad you enjoyed the property's outstanding location.
