The Apartment Suite! Private Hot Tub w/ Mountain Views

Centrally located between Garden of the Gods (a few hundred yards from the door), Red Rock Canyon, Manitou Springs, and Old Colorado City. This house is a perfect launching point for Colorado Springs adventures! When not exploring the town, hikes, and sites this home is a great place to unwind with a fully equipped kitchen, large table for board game nights, and an exterior private hot tub on the deck with mountain views!

The best feature of the house, the deck features mountain views and includes a hot tub that can accommodate 6 people. This is a perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage at the end of a long day of fun.

The entryway goes directly into the living space which includes a 55 inch smart QLED TV and comes with Netflix provided.

The dining area features a large live edge table that can sit 6 comfortably and is perfect for small get togethers and board game nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and additionally has a Keurig coffee station with provided K-cups and a French press.

Each bedroom has a queen bed outfitted with a duvet comforter set and closet storage that features built in shelving.

Finally, there is a fully outfitted laundry room with a drying rack for clothes, swimsuits, etc.

*Short Term Rental Permit Number: A-STRP-23-0094
*The hot tub is working and is maintained weekly!
*We unfortunately suffer from pet allergies! Please don’t bring pets!
*We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) indoors, you will lose your security deposit and pay an extra cleaning fee.
* Garbage and Recycling bins are located to the left side of the house. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple.
* *Central AC**
* The apartment is only accessible by external deck stairs and is on the 2nd floor
*Two guest cars are permitted in the driveway (HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Parking in the street during snow storms...the driveway is steep)

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the following areas:
1. On the driveway side of the house (front)
2. On the deck side of the house (mountain side)
3. On the back side of the house (backyard)
This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Excellent condo! Perfect spot for our daily adventures. Well equipped and nicely decorated. The host communicated well. The hot tub was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Property was as pictured and clean. Communication with Johnathan was prompt. Property location was very convenient to manitou springs for the manitou Incline hike. Some of the neighborhood was a little rougher but overall have no complaints.
