In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. We always strive to be responsive, helpful, and professional with every guest, and we take pride in answering questions promptly throughout each stay. In this instance, our team remained available and supportive while also upholding the house rules outlined in the rental agreement. It is important to note that this guest incurred a late checkout fee because they checked out after the agreed-upon time on a back-to-back reservation, which directly affects our ability to prepare the home for incoming guests. The guest was reluctant to pay the late checkout fee, and while we understand that policies can sometimes feel inconvenient, they are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and a smooth experience for all guests. We appreciate those who communicate openly and respect these guidelines, as it allows us to maintain a high standard of care for the home and for future renters.

Enjoyed our stay
Loved the high ceilings, and wonderful light. The amenities at the resort were great, as was the staff. Very friendly. You have a great view from your windows, but getting to the slopes, was farther away than I thought and usually involved two elevators. We used the indoor-outdoor pool, the activity room, the ski locker for our boots, and the ski check service. The ski locker and check ski made getting around a bit easier, but still a bit of a walk through the resort. Beds were comfortable, nice thick towels, nice hot tub, and we all appreciated the extra hooks in the bedrooms. If you decide to recycle, there are recycle bins in the garage. Take the closest elevator to floor G and then follow the signs. Wonderful signs through out the resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location
The condo unit is in a great location for the ski hill and the ski school. It was so convenient, you just walk out, use the ski valet, and find the school at the base. No shuttle is necessary which is awesome. The complex is obviously old and they pieced together the skiing amenities so it is a little annoying because the lockers are very small and on a different floor than the exit and the ski valet area. But despite that it was such a great location it didn't really matter. The unit has been nicely renovated. One thing I would note is the windows do not have covering over the entire window in the primary bedrooms. Not a big deal, but the one we used (with bathtub) overlooks the Pendry hotel which leaves lights on all night. They shine in the room and it seems like it's the morning when it's really 3am. I would encourage the owners to consider covering all the windows for better darkness at night.

Perfect Family Condo
This remodeled penthouse 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The private hot tub on balcony was an added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking needs. On site market very convenient to buy few items we needed for last day. The communication with management company was exemplary, and The Westgate Staff was very accommodating regarding Christmas tree disposal, crib drop-off and pick-up, any assistance we needed. Highly recommend The Sneaux Shack!

In regard to the Westgate being difficult to navigate, for our guest's convenience, we do include a map of the Westgate in our digital guidebook that each guest has access to. The Westgate is quite large, so we do encourage guests to take advantage of the map provided when navigating the resort.

Beautiful condo
This is a lovely condo with a light, modern, updated decor--not the depressing brown that many ski condos have. It is nicely equipped and comfortably accomodated our 6 adults and 4 kids for a summer visit to Park City. The bunk room was great for the kids. I liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The description says hot tub, but it did not work the entire week we were there which was a disappointment as the resort hot tubs were frequently busy and noisy, not to mention far away from this unit. I loved everything about the condo except the main bedroom arrangement. The main bathroom area is totally open to the sleeping area. No privacy and noisy for the person trying to sleep. Bring your own salt and pepper. :-) We had a pretty bland meal the one night we cooked in as the salt and pepper shakers were empty.

Wonderful Stay
We have been at the Canyons the last several years and this year was one of our favorite accommodations. The location was very central and convenient. The suite fit two families of four very well. The ski valet was very convenient. And we had amazing snow. All in all, a great place to stay and we would come again.

Great slope side condo

Bright and spacious unit in westgate resort complete with all amenities. (Really 3 units-1 with 2 bdrms, large living room, dining room and kitchen and 2 separate 1 bdrm units each with living area and kitchenette.) Large windows and many balconies with private hot tub. Communication with rental agency was excellent. Only issue was water pressure in showers could have been better
