Best in class luxury 3BR/4BA Juniper Landing TH-1 block from Frostwood Gondola

Easily one of the premier units in Juniper Landing which is located directly across from the Waldorf Astoria hotel which includes its signature Powder restaurant, & Grill (poolside grill) and the Golden Door Spa. This almost new 3 floor townhouse comfortably sleeps 9. Very family friendly including large home theater/game room/boot room on 1st/lower level (partially below grade) + spacious private two car parking garage.

2nd level (main level at grade) includes a private outdoor hot tub, fireplace and patio looking on to the 9th fairway of the new Canyons Golf Course and featuring gorgeous mountain views.
This level also contains a two story vaulted ceiling in the living area/great room with lots of natural light. (Most of the units in Juniper do not have 2-story ceilings.) It also contains a stone (gas) fireplace, 50' HD flatscreen TV, gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and kitchen island that can seat 4 + dining room table that can comfortably seat 8. MBR is also on this level. It includes a King bed/stone fireplace/flat-screen TV/walk-in closet/separate shower and bath along with double vanity. Lastly, our main level also includes a 2nd full bathroom and washer/dryer off of the kitchen.

The 3rd/upper level features a 2nd MBR w/ King sized bed/walk-in closet/full BA/private outside deck/stone fireplace & flat screen TV. Last, but not least is a large BR set up for children that includes a bunk bed w/ full size bed on the bottom & twin on top. This BR also contains a day bed w/ trundle, bathroom w/ shower, stone fireplace & flat screen TV.

Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, local calling, Comcast cable TV, home theater with 120' screen & game room. There is also a large pool (25 yards & has lap lanes) with jacuzzi and fire pit for all residents to use in between buildings 1 & 2.

In summary, this is a true luxury townhome that feels more like a private home (the golf course is your backyard in the winter & can be used for sledding/tobogganing). It also features similar finishes (hardwood floors, travertine in bathrooms, granite countertop kitchen, high end appliances) and furniture to what you might find in the Waldorf across the street, yet you get tons more space here for a similar price to what you would have to pay for a one BR suite over there! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to Main Street, Old Town Park City, 5 minute drive to the Redstone Lifestyle Shopping Center (contains a Smith's grocery store, movie theater, numerous restaurants,etc), and only 40 minutes away from Salt Lake International Airport. It's a great place to stay for ski vacations (almost ski in-ski out), the Sundance Film Festival, or a summer mountain get away!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay and about our host. The property was immaculate and was stocked with all of the amenities and items we could plausibly need to make our stay as easy and comfortable as can be. Our kids loved the theater room and enjoyed building puzzles and playing board games. Jamie, our host was beyond helpful and responsive and went out of the way to make our stay the incredible experience that it truly was. We hope to stay here again next year.

Wonderful!

This is our 2nd timing staying here and we still love it. Location is just a few minute walk to the Waldorf Gondola. The property owners are very accommodating and responsive. The property itself is clean and a great layout for 2 families with the 3 levels. Would definitely plan to come back!

The property and location were great. My family really enjoyed the accomodations especially the fireplace in each room. One thing to consider when skiing Park City is are your skiiers more green/blue or blue/black. The canyon side of the mountain is almost all blue/black

Home is laid out well and caters to snow sports oriented vacations. Proximity to gondola and Waldorf well documented. Double car garage sheltered the suburban and afforded a wall mounted ski rack. Great ski/snow storage area / mud room when entering off garage where several cubbies and multiple boots/glove warmers offer a thoughtful touch. Stools/ottomans comfort those putting on or removing boots at end of day. Front patio offers direct access to 104degree at the ready hot tub with fireplace. Steps from there you are on the sledding hill where the provided toboggans can be enjoyed. Home has instant on gas fireplaces in bedrooms and living room adding to the cozyapres ski ambiance. The ping pong and theater area were a plus for our teens. All in all a great value and a place to return. Scott M

Fun home great for children

We had a great time staying in this kid friendly home, with everything we could need and more. The front door needs to be fixed as it doesnā€™t lock but the owner is aware and trying to get it fixed. The walk to the gondola was easy and relatively painless for my 4 & 5 year olds in ski boots. The transportation system in town made it possible for us to get around without a car but we could have used a major guide of some sort as it took a couple of days to learn which transport system takes you where. Overall we had a fantastic trip and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun time in the canyons are of park city!

Met All Expectations

From the beginning of the process of looking into this property, to the end of our stay, we were never disappointed. Great Ski Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this home! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Frostwood Gondola (doable for young kids in ski boots), allowing us to come and go easily from the base of the mountain. We rented equipment from the Aloha Rental shop at the Wyndham and it couldn't have been more convenient. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We cooked most meals in the home and had everything we needed to do so! Communication with the owners was prompt and easy. We loved having all of the games and activities for when we weren't skiing and also enjoyed the community pool each day we were there! We will definitely stay again next time we are in Park City! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Perfect Ski Vacation Rental

This was a great property. Well stocked with cookware and staples. Rooms were great, location was great, downstairs movie and play area were great. Enjoyed the hot tub next to the snow covered golf course, which the kids enjoyed sledding down. Owner was very accommodating as well. Great place to stay!

Great Location

We stayed in Jupiter landing before and it is a great location to Canyon Village and short walk to the Frostwood gondola. Jamie was great on the quick response and we had no issues with the house. Plenty of sleds for the kids and they enjoyed it every night after the slopes. House had everything we need when arrived. It was great that I was able to do the laundry right away since I am taking extra precautions during this pandemic. My daughter requested to come back to the same house next year! This will definitely be on list again.

We made our home here for over a month and enjoyed our visit the PC for the first time in the offseason. Really enjoyed the location, amenities incl pool and nearby bike trails, and our interactions with the owners when anything came up.

Had great communication with the owners. Like, one night, all the power in Park City went down. We contacted owners, who got in touch with locals, and no problem. Also found issues with dishwasher, and it was fixed the next day.

Great stay in the Canyons

Our two families had a great time in Juniper Landing at this property!!! When we needed help or had questions, the property manager and owner took great care of us. The house was just as pictured. Short walk to the lift. The game room downstairs was fun with lots of activities for the kids including sledding outside. We will come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'll try to avoid repeating what others have already written, but key summary points are the following. The home is expansive and comfortable. There were only four of us, but it could easily accommodate another couple/family. The kitchen is well-equipped and we enjoyed the downstairs room which blended locker space for boots/bags/coats with an impressive movie room complete with comfy chairs, Apple TV, DVD, and Comcast (if you're preference is to watch TV shows vs movies). We also loved having the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. It fit four of us quite easily. Clearly, a big asset is the (almost) ski-on/ski off. As others have noted, it's a VERY brief walk to the Frostwood Gondola. Word to the wise, when we were there, the gondola was VERY crowded just before the chairlifts opened. I'd either go earlier or later. The gondola itself is very slow and not particularly efficient. We chose to ski home at the end of day rather than get back on the gondola. One of the best aspects of the home is that it feels like you're borrowing someone's home, not some generic, sterile rental. That's due to the warm hospitality of the owners who are fabulous and incredibly responsive. They stock the home well and it's the little extra's you notice. Very different from some rentals in which you really FEEL it's rental. That is not the case with this one. The only negatives (and these are MINOR) are that the heating system is rather loud, the house tends to be on the darker side (not as much natural light as you'd expect), and there are a ton of light switches to figure out. All in all -- you won't go wrong by renting this home. It's large, comfy, and only a quick walk to the greatest skiing we've experienced.

The house was amazing... very spacious yet cozy with great amenities. The location was terrific as well. We basically walked across the street to get skis and hop on the lift. Also, the owner extended terrific hospitality. The kitchen was well stocked and there were a few quick snacks and great coffee for brewing. This was truly one of the best house rental experiences that Iā€™ve ever had! I would love to get this house again next year for Sundance!

Very Satisfied First-Time Renters!

We were recent first-time renters and the townhouse worked out extremely well for us. Our family included 2 grandparents, one married child and spouse with 2 very young children (one of whom was in ski school as a 1st-time skier ), and 2 unmarried, young adult children. The description in the listing was very accurate, not exaggerated. While not ski-in and ski-out, it was located just a brief 2-minute walk to a gondola that takes you up to the base level, very close to ski school drop-off, lift ticket services, equipment rental and, if you want, equipment storage. The house was spacious and had a considerable amount of main floor space, as well as a lower level entertainment room [ that also included a blu-ray dvd player and Apple TV ] where the young children could play and crawl around without requiring smothering supervision. The house was also well stocked with necessities when we arrived and had ample supplies stocked in closets and storage space. When we wanted to eat in and cook dinner in the house, the kitchen contained all of the tools we needed. The hot tub in the back also came in handy after a long day on the slopes. Although the house has a large 2-car garage, we did not need it. Between the short walk to the gondola, and the availability of Uber and the free Park City bus service nearby when we wanted to leave the immediate Canyons Resort area, we found that we got along quite well without having our own rental car. Finally, whenever a small snafu surfaced, like the day the Comcast service stopped working for one of the TV's, the owners were easy to reach and work with. After helping us determine that it was a Comcast issue and not a TV issue, the owner immediately contacted Comcast and was able to have a cable box replaced within 36-hours, not an easy feat to accomplish if you've ever had to deal with your local cable provider wherever you are from. This was the first time we have ever taken a 2-week ski trip and we were initially nervous about the length of the trip. But, as our vacation wound down and the days dwindled, we were sorry to be leaving. Elaine & Steve K.
