This exclusive and comfortably furnished holiday flat, with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, is situated at the tip of the ‘BeachBay’ holiday resort. The unique, fantastic location of this promenade villa, right on the beautiful sandy beach, the Travemünde estuary and the harbour entrance to Travemünde, promises you an unforgettable holiday.



The holiday flat on the first floor features three bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and high-quality box-spring beds. For your coffee, you can use a filter coffee machine, a manual filter or a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). Your private wellness area features a bathroom with a double rain shower, a steam room and a whirlpool bath. In the second bathroom, you can relax in the sauna.



Enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony, the living room or the dining area, and watch the large Scandinavian ferries – which seem close enough to touch – as they enter and leave the harbour.



On the ground floor of your Promenade Villa is the restaurant ‘Ahoi by Steffen Henssler’ with outdoor dining.



The ‘BeachBay’ holiday resort includes, amongst other things, a reception, shops, restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlour, playgrounds, a laundrette and the Baltic Sea Station (an environmental centre and aquariums featuring native marine life). At ‘PriWilly’, there’s a beach club with a restaurant, adventure golf, a laser maze, a climbing wall, black-light mini-golf and more – all available for a fee – offering fun for the whole family. Entry to the 600 m² indoor playground is included for NOVASOL guests.



In the adjacent marina lies the four-masted barque ‘Passat’, a sailing ship dating from 1911 and now a museum ship open to visitors.



Priwall is part of Travemünde and is a peninsula approximately 3 km long at the mouth of the Travemünde River in the Bay of Lübeck in eastern Schleswig-Holstein. Beach fun (including beach chair hire), swimming, water sports, cycling and walking trails, and much more are right on your doorstep. This is also the official, year-round dog beach, ideal for letting your four-legged friend run around and play. Right in front of your Promenade Villa is the jetty for the passenger ferry to Travemünde; the car and passenger ferry is around 800 m away and runs round the clock. Thanks to these two ferry connections, you can easily stroll along the promenade on both sides of the River Trave.



All registered NOVASOL holiday guests staying at this property receive one entry to the swimming pool at the aja Hotel in Travemünde per stay. This offer includes a one-way return journey by ferry across the River Trave (only in conjunction with the swimming pool entry). You will find further information in your rental documents or at the on-site reception.
